refused to delete payment (credit card) on my account and said they do not help customers. Wow! This is an absolutely awful racket scam company. If you work with a company that uses this racket BEWARE! This should be illegal and I'm reporting the CPB.

I played and went into free spin had $242.00 and wons $100 when I came out of spins I had the same amount I had they took the $100 and went to support and they act like they couldn’t see my play history and like other you can see your play history the bet the wins and your lose and they gone tell me if they see something they will get back which I knew all of it was a lie they steals you winnings game lags freezes up and when you see that you run what you got if not the lags and freezing will eat your money up and the referral line link came off no limited coin site and they are to be ashamed and they have the same game and freezes and lags if you play with them pay attention and then your money is gone your ahead snatch what you got and run fast as you can.

I was booked table at 15-45pm extremely rushed as soon as main course finished asked for desert at 17 -25pm asked to move as table booked in five miniutes when I arrived waiter said it’s for 2 guest how rude won’t be going there again

No price on menu in restaurant Fish and Chips 27 euro and Burger and chips 20 euro .If you go into their website prices totally different food not bad but very spice.

I am still chasing to get paid. Its been 2 months and the help desk keeps stating accounting will escalate payment. This company should be investigated by the labor board

Went to the Jack Rabbit at Derriford for Sunday lunch three weeks ago. I ordered from the table and as part of the transaction I was shown tip percentages to be added. Being old school I chose not to tip at that point. I prefer to do this on merit, not because it is expected.

I took delivery of our meals in a prompt time, however it looked as if it had been thrown on the plate. The meat was on top of the veg!

On eating this I noticed that the veg were neither peeled or scrubbed and they weren’t cooked either! I am a crunchy veg girl. I like a bit of texture to my vegetables, however, this was ridiculous, I couldn’t even cut them. The gravy was tasteless except for salt.

In hindsight I was glad I did not tip. No member of staff came to the table to check on the reception of the meal. I would have been hopping if I had left a tip for such slovenly service.

We zijn met een club van 30 man in de private dining ruimte geweest. Dit was een super mooie locatie en mochten hier ook nog versieren.

Eten was heerlijk maar veel te weinig voor het aantal personen, dit was een tegenvaller :-(. Tijdens het eten hebben we hier meerdere keren iets over gezegd maar het aantal bleef achter.

Helaas werd ik geweigerd bij de deur om binnen plaats te nemen.

Mijn kledingstijl was niet goed genoeg om binnen te zitten en plaats te mogen nemen.

Nooit meer hierheen !

Any good review on here is probably fake.

They have turned off their phones so impossible to talk to anyone. Had to file complaint with BBB to get refund. They blame everything on covid but covid is no excuse for poor customer service.

I ordered a pair of hokas and they were sent to me in a box that looked as though it had already been returned multiple times. The left shoe was defective and painfully unwearable. The customer service was awful. I basically had to jump through hoops just to return a defective product that should not have been sent to me in the first place. Don't waste your time with this company. Use Zappos shoes instead or go to a brick and mortar running shop.

Never buy from this company; if the size is not correct, you may have to simply throw your stuff out as shipping cost are very high. Even for a defect they wont refund shipping cost. It it same as no returns.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase from JackRabbit.com. I ordered 2 pairs of Nike Pros, sized small for my daughter. When the order arrived and she tried on both pairs she informed me that one fit and the other did not. Given that both are labeled as size S on the fabric this is confusing, but possibly a result of one pair being manufactured in Jordan and the other in Vietnam. Regardless, when I contacted customer service I was advised that they do not accept returns of underwear.
While I would argue that Nike Pros are not underwear (my daughter at least wears underwear under the shorts), I understand the policy. Except for the fact that the products are defective in that they are not sized properly.
I will not be shopping at their site again and would recommend that no one shop for Nike Pros or any other type of "underwear" given you can not guarantee what you will be receiving.

The way they pack their shoes for shipment is a total mess. They just stuff the shoebox in a bag and it arrives at your home smashed up and almost flat! The shoes I received arrived looking flat and used. I guess you get what you pay for through this site. This was my first time purchasing shoes through this site and I doubt I will be making another one no matter how good the sale price is.

Our host Roy was very generous and entertaining, I really recommend Jackrabbit

Jackrabbit goes to great lengths to appear as if they have a normal free return policy if a pair of shoes does not fit. You have to go deep into the return page to see that they in fact do not offer free return shipping. That is on the customer. They also have a form you have to fill out and add in your original purchase info. You can't simply click on a past order to initiate a return. That would be too easy and it seems they prefer hurdles in the return process. I won't be purchasing from them again when places like Amazon and Roadrunner are so much easier.

Love this place normally but tonight the food was awful, the veg was soggy and raw, my sisters hunters chicken was, well 🤔interesting, Honestly will not be going back, it’s a shame as close to derriford
