Like others, I was nervous about sending my Apple watch in for the glass to be replaced. I needn't have been - the service was great - fast and well done. I have waited a bit before writing the review to make sure the repair has lasted and nothing weird has happened as others who were not so happy reported. Nothing of the sort for ours - it's working perfectly well and the recipient of my old watch is very happy with it!

Stress free, reliable and trustworthy service. It’s quick and easy, I wish I have done it a lot sooner. It’s cheaper than anywhere else also!

I found this repair company online as I needed a new battery for my Apple watch. I did the order on line and there was an option for Royal Mail collect from my home and as I find it difficult to get out I thought this was excellent. I arranged a home visit and package up my watch. Royal Mail where to produce an address label. Royal Mail turned up in time and took my watch. The next day I had a text from watch repair telling me they had my watch and were working on it.
The next day ( so three days total) Rotal Mail delivered it back. It’s an excellent service
The watch works well and I am pleased with the battery as it’s holding its charge now
It was only £60 to get the new battery which I felt was good value for money
I am very happy with the service

FRAUD!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! My Apple Pay information was stolen from my Apple Watch and fraudulent payments were processed multiple times stealing hundreds of pounds from me. I froze the card and they still managed to access a new card when I added it to Apple Pay. Only when I changed the watch password did the
fraud stop.
I contacted iwatchrepair about this issue and had no reply from them.
I do not see any other way my Apple Pay was cloned apart from sending off my watch to this company. I had to provide them with my watch password.
When my watch was return there was nothing in my watch Apple Wallet. So I believe my card that was on there was cloned and information stolen.
All the fraud payments that were made were in a London Tesco, a London cab and one online for Armani goods.
This company is in London.
Maybe they just have someone dodgy working for them or maybe they are a dodgy company? I would just say beware and do not trust this company.

Repaired with a new screen and returned in just a few days. Great service.

Absolutely excellent service, I found that the cost of repair was far less than any other company providing repairs for Apple products, online process for sending and receiving the repair item is simple, quick, easy and efficient, my Apple Watch was sent, fixed and delivered back within 2 days by tracked delivery, customer service support and communication was excellent and timely, WhatsApp chat line was great with very prompt responses to answers to my questions, I would highly rate this service and definitely recommend this company, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should I need to. A very positive experience all round.

I needed my iwatch series 5 screen glass replaced. After some futile enquiries locally and on line I found iwatchrepair.co.uk. It’s always difficult at assess how genuine an on line company is but I took a chance. The minute I started the order process, everything went simply, clearly and efficiently. Posted to them on Monday. Confirmed receipt by them on Tuesday. Recommendation on Wednesday that battery should also be changed as it was well below optimum performance. Agreed by me. Back with me on Friday fully functional and looking and working as new. Highly recommended and I would use them again without hesitation

Absolutely fantastic service and completely honest! I went to the Apple Store to see about repairing the screen on my apple ultra watch and they wanted to replace the whole watch for over £500. Sent it instead to iwatchrepair and they looked at it and said it’s not broken at all it was the screen protector! They replaced that and refunded me the difference on the screen repair I had paid for! Really good to see people who are honest and not out to make a quick buck. Would have been easy to replace the protective screen protector and say that they had repaired it.

Brilliant service. I sent my watch on Wednesday and I had it back on Saturday. 100% recommend. Perfect working order with a new screen. Amazing!!

sent my ultra 2 for repair and as others have stated on inspection it was the tempered glass Not the screen that was cracked (something that apple watches have built in ) ? so the cost was £50 as opposed to £199 (difference refunded) from start to finish the communication was faultless , being given updates throughout. if you are thinking of having a repair done just do it they are very professional and honest, cannot recommend highly enough.
