I have used this company three times and spent over £500 in total. I deeply regret it.

First repair (April 2025) was genuine accidental damage and was carried out fine. However the replacement screen they fitted subsequently failed on its own starting as a faint line and progressively worsening with no drop, no impact, nothing. I assumed it was my fault and paid £263.99 for a second replacement in January 2026. I should not have paid for this. That screen was still within its 12-month warranty when it failed.

By January the second screen they fitted began failing in exactly the same way. Progressive lines, no physical damage, laptop never leaves its desk mount. I sent it back under their advertised 12-month warranty for new screen replacements.

What followed was weeks of back and forth. First they said physical pressure caused it. When I challenged this they changed their explanation entirely and said the LCD beneath the surface can fail without visible cracking. Two completely different explanations. Neither supported by any independent evidence.

I pointed out that their own warranty terms define physical damage as parts that are cracked or broken. They confirmed in writing the surface was intact. By their own definition this is not physical damage. It is a malfunction of the part they supplied. They still refused.

They returned my laptop unrepaired and offered to fix it for £229. I have now spent over £500 with this company. For that money I could have bought a new laptop.

I have raised a bank dispute, reported them to Trading Standards, and am prepared to go to Small Claims Court.

I am not the only one. Check the one star reviews. The same pattern appears repeatedly. Screens failing, warranty refused, explanations that contradict their own terms. Avoid.

I m not easy on giving reviews when it comes to repairs but I decided that I have to spare some words to say how good fast and easy and how much money I saved compared to an apple store repair. The screen is new and beautiful my Macbook Pro M3 Max is like new.

I would strongly advise anyone to think very carefully before using this company.

My experience has been extremely poor from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward screen repair turned into a month-long ordeal with constant delays, unclear communication, and inconsistent information.

Initially, I was told the repair would be completed quickly. This then changed to a much longer wait due to lack of stock, which was not communicated upfront. After requesting a refund and return of my device, it was sent back in a worse condition than when I originally provided it, leaving it unusable.

Following further back-and-forth, I was effectively forced to return the laptop again just to get it into a usable state. While the screen has now been replaced, the device has come back with additional physical damage to the chassis, including visible scuffing and signs of impact that were not present before.

Throughout this process:

* Communication was inconsistent and often reactive rather than proactive
* Timelines were repeatedly missed or changed
* I had to chase for updates and resolution
* The handling of the device raised serious concerns

This has cost me significant time, disruption to my work, and unnecessary stress.

In the end, the only way to get a working device was to continue engaging with them after multiple failures, which should not be the case for a paid repair service.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Repaired the screen on my Apple Watch Series 4, when Apple dismissed me due to the age of my device. It was a really easy booking service; all done online. Royal Mail collected and returned my parcel. Great communication throughout via email and text. I would definitely use this service again!

I was slightly reluctant to send my Apple Watch to a company I’d found on the internet, however I had good communication and a new battery was fitted. I’ve worn the watch now and am really pleased with the battery replacement. Apple weren’t interested in replacing the batter they suggested I buy a new watch!

Unfortunately my Apple watch is beyond repairs but Riffy was still really helpful and explained the reasons and what he'd recommend. I appreciate it.
