Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. My new jacket just arrived. The material is paper thin and bears no resemblance to the photo. I wouldn’t pay £2.50 for this. It is a bogus Chinese company posing as a UK legitimate brand. This is my own fault for not reading the reviews beforehand.

Bought a trench coat which I wanted to return as very poor quality but it was going to cost me over £20.00 to return it claimed to be waterproof so I thought Id try it seeing as I wasn’t going to return for that cost I got soaked after wearing it. Absolutely so angry with this company this is no way to treat customers especially if goods are faulty.
They did offer me money off more goods but no refund
Def won’t be buying again
Unless they decided to refund me

This company is an absolute disgrace. Their website states that a product may be cancelled if it hasn't been despatched. I tried to cancel this order before it was despatched and was told that they process orders within minutes of receiving the order and could not possibly cancel it. They told me that I had agreed to their terms and conditions which stated this. I read all the way through and did not find this stated. I repeatedly asked them to point me to where this was stated. All I got in reply was an explanation of how they process their orders immediately and couldn't cancel. They told me I was welcome to return it once it arrived. The garment arrived today - it is of such poor quality and came full of creases - no manufacturers label, no care instructions. When I questioned this, these are the options they gave me:
Option 1: Receive a 10% refund on your rain jacket (GBP 3.70) and a voucher for 50% of its value (GBP 18.50) for your next purchase.
Option 2: Instead of a refund, receive a voucher for 100% of the rain jacket’s value (GBP 36.99). You do not need to return the item and can use this voucher to reorder any product you like.
Option 3: Return the rain jacket to our international warehouse. Please note that you would need to cover the return shipping costs (estimated at £20–£80). Once our team receives and verifies the return, you’ll receive a full refund (customs fees may apply).
Apparently the garments are made in China and would have to be sent back there.

How can a company get away with these shocking tactics?

I really wish I had come here first and read the reviews… because my experience & feedback is the same!

Item description same ‘water proof’ which could not have been further from the truth.

My experience with contacting their Customer Support over the past 2 days has been a joke. Company based in Netherlands but I’ve to pay more than the cost of the item to return to Canada.

Seriously, avoid this company at all costs… or it will cost you!

OMG thanks folks I've 5 items in basket over £100 but not buying now I've never seen so many bad reviews for one Seller. The Site looks so professional and with the items not being that cheap I thought must be decent quality ! Thank you so much for all those who made the effort to review and warn future buyers 👍

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had sent cheap nasty coat that was completely unlike that in the picture, lost my order didn't send a confirmation email so I had no order number. After requesting a refund they asked me to contact bank to find transaction number despite screenshot thay payment had been taken from my bank, still had no refund because they keep on asking for my order number!! I had to send a pic in of coat which was about 3 sizes to small to prove it didn't fit. After about 24 emails they still won't let me start refund process they keep on asking for order number!! They should not be allowed to trade.

‘Waterproof’ coat ordered. When it finally arrived there was no resemblance to the item pictured on their site. Unattractive style poor quality , poor fit and clearly not a waterproof coat or even water resistant ! No labels.
It’s impossible to return due to the high cost they quote. They told me to keep the coat and they would send a voucher to the value of the coat for me to buy another item !!
Why is a company based in Holland allowed to operate in this way ?

I'd give a score of 0 if I could. Very misleading advertising of products, cheap poor quality and nothing at all like the photos or description. HORRENDOUS customer service, why would I pay up to £80 to return a coat that looks like £10 worth? otherwise the option was a 10% refund. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Edit: They have since offered to put things right AFTER I posted this review. Absolutely awful company.

Ordered a coat. Quality was very poor, especially the fabric. Asked for a refund and they advised returns postage would cost me £20-£80. No mention of this upfront when ordering. Offered store credit which is totally useless and not what I wanted.

Cheap clothes and very difficult to obtain a refund.

My goodness what a horrible experience and massive battle for refund - I DID GET ONE !! Absolute rubbish garment all the ridiculous comments previously written applied to me . i fought like hell with them and thank goodness paid with Paypal and finally opened a dispute with them - all of a sudden a refund YAY . Now need counselling to recover from this horrific experience . DO NOT USE IVYSHAPE !!

As most people, wish I could leave a no star review.
Awful - wished to return my £22 item, was told it would take between £25 and £80 to return, so accepted a 100% voucher, only to go online to see anything that looked anywhere near decent was £50-£60 and the item I originally ordered was £35.
I think they 'fish' with what looks like a good value item, send you rubbish and tie you in knots trying to return it, a dreadful experience.

Well, Ivy shape I purchased this Hoody jumper before I read your reviews and I have to say I was dreading it coming because there wasn’t one good review and I’d already made up my mind. I was going to give it to charity. It wasn’t going to fit well, you’ve come up Trump’s a very nice soft sweater fits beautifully the reason I’ve given you four stars is I hope when I launder it, it is going to be okay and if it is I will be buying from you again. You’ve listened to the reviews and I hope you’ve sorted out what was causing all the negative reviews well done keep it up and it came a lot quicker than the dates I was given for delivery.

Initially the website looks brilliant, however, the images of the clothing is heavily photoshopped to add colors and texture, this beenvthe case i cannt recommend them, they tried to offer me a percentage of full value, but I refused until they gave me a full refund

Ordered a top from this company - there was no indication they weren't based in the UK and no mention that the goods would be shipped from China. 3 weeks later no sign of anything. I don't expect to receive anything and will instruct my credit card company to charge it back

Unfortunately I ordered before checking the reviews.
Ordered a 1 x "Women's Elegant Suit Set with Fashionable Details", Blue / L.
Everything was wrong.
Took 11 days to arrive. Ordered on 12th Sept, arrived 23rd Sept.
Fabric quality is truly the worst I have seen. And it doesn't say what fabric the suit is made of.
Size is too small (I bought a large even though I'm usually a medium)
Then return address is to Canada and they are asking for a Track and Trace code.
It'll probably cost me more than half the price to return the item, but I'd rather do that than let them get away with this scam.
Any good review on here is most likely written by the Seller themselves.

I wasn’t happy with my purchase or the returns process,which could prove costly, but Ivyshape did eventually refund my money without returning the goods so I have to say that the customer service proved very good indeed.

I bought a waterproof coat but the sleeves were about four inches too short and the style was unlike the picture. The return address I was given is in Canada so it would be extremely expensive to send it ‘back’(I’m not sure it was sent from Canada). Their website suggested I could buy with confidence as returns were easy. I advise strongly against buying anything from this company.
To give credit where it is due, I have now received a full refund but it took quite a lot of persistence to achieve this: first I was offered a replacement with an alternative return address in Belgium, which would still have been quite expensive, then a 37% refund which probably would not have covered the return postage. I replied that this was a ridiculous offer and demanded a full refund according to my rights under uk consumer law since thé garment supplied was not as advertised and not fit for purpose. It was at this point that they agreed to the full refund which in fact arrived very promptly.

I ordered a so called cord shirt. Received the poorest quality you can imagine. There is no label on the shirt, so the material is not known. However, it is illegal to sell shirts without specifying the composition. Getting a refund has been a challenge. They ask one question after another trying to put you off.
