Not good from onset. Order took forever to arrive. I contacted them and I was told to investigate myself but reminded them that they choose the delivery service so that on them
Once order finally arrived the item wasn't as shown on website and quality so poor.
Tried to return but would have cost me between £20 - £80

this company is not a UK company. Its based in China, selling poor quality merchandise. The items take weeks to arrive and when they do and you realise how poor they are they advise it will cost between £30 and £70 to return! Please avoid at all costs!
Oh they will also write under this review to provide my order number for them to contact me, when you attempt to reply they block you.
So here's my order number, 31798 I will update this review with their response.

This is a terrible company to deal with. They
completely misrepresented an item that I tried to buy.
They hiked the price up from £20 ,that I had paid for ,then sent me my money back as they said they were out of stock even though I could still buy on line and the price had gone up to £113

I would advise any one looking to buy from this company to stay well away.

I bought what appeared to be a quality pair of sturdy slippers. Absolute rubbish.
Did not realise they had to be shipped from China. I contacted Ivyshape and complained and was given three options.
The first two were partial refunds and a store voucher to buy more goods from them. Totally unacceptable.
The third was to send the goods to Canada at a cost to me of between £20 and £80 and then to be scrutinised to see if a refund was appropriate. Their returns policy states fourteen days.
As fas as I was concerned I was dealing with a company based in Holland.
I paid by PayPal and they have been more than helpful in sorting out the problem

Do not buy anything from them.
Nothing like the advertisement.

If there was a minus score, this site would definitely get it. IVYSHAPE.COM are a total SCAM COMPANY please beware. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews first, so i am writing this review to help any UK buyers from making the same mistake.
The item I received was of extremely poor quality and completely the wrong colour. I ordered Khaki and the item received was cream. The website has a return/refund policy but when it came to returning it, the company emailed me to offer me one of 3 solutions...
1. 10% of my money back and a 50% voucher for their site.
2. 100% voucher for their site with no need to return item
3. Return item at full cost to myself of between £20-£80 to their warehouse in "Canada".
Having no joy in getting a 'returns' address from them other than for Canada so that means I have no way of sending it back or getting my money back.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. These people are unscrupulous criminals and are taking money from people knowing full well that they will send out sub standard or wrong items with no intention of ever honouring their returns/refunds policy. How is this allowed to continue?????

Awful experience with Ivy shape. Trying to return my hoodie which is poor quality but have only been offered vouchers or to send it to Canada at my own expense (£20-80) for delivery. What a con. They don't say this on their website of course. Wish I'd checked the reviews. Update: Ivy Shape have now given me a full refund

The jacket I ordered wasn't to my liking I was offered to keep it and still order another jacket. So def no complaints from me for their customer service

I can't believe I didn't check reviews for Ivyshape before purchasing what I thought was a nice waterproof raincoat. It's of such poor quality I won't wear it. I'd have to return it to Canada for a refund. I've ended up with a 10% refund and a voucher I'll never use. AVOID!!!

Update - I got £3.40 refund from them. It'd cost a fortune to send the coat to Canada. Avoid buying ftom this site.

Update Jan 26 - the company reached out to me and have given me a full refund and apology. It's a bit late but I appreciate how helpful she was and of course welcomed a full refund.

I am delighted with this company. Ordering, tracking and delivery couldn't have been better. Ivyshape stayed in touch all along. The top I ordered was perfect in size and quality of fabric. I wouldn't hesitate to place further orders.

What load of rubbish. Nothing like pictured or ordered. Wish I could put pics on here. Absolute junk. A total rip off. Waited 3 weeks for a beautiful long flared raincoat, got short, uneven, 3 sizes smaller tight, straight rubbish. Please do not buy from this company.

This company is trying to get me have a partial refund of 10% then 35% to keep the tat they sent i stead of what i ordered. Do not trust them or use them unless you enjoy hassle and stress.

Ordered an item, it took a long time to come, was far too small, didn’t look like the picture.
Tried to contact the company for a refund, they said they couldn’t locate the order. I sent them a screenshot of the confirmation, including shipment reference, and they still asked for confirmation of the order number!! Ongoing, but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I hadn’t read the reviews or the small print, the item ships from China. Enough said

Don’t believe the glib reply I got, I don’t believe they have any intention of returning my money, it’s just damage limitation… I will not be taking down this review until my money is returned and not revoked.

I'm really confused because I read the reviews after placing my order and was worried about what I was going to receive. Other than having to chase my delivery, I'm not disappointed in my purchase. I made a mistake in the size, and ordered too large a size but that's my error. So. Don't know what else to say.

After almost 2 weeks of emailing back and forth for a refund on my product on the last day before the 14days return policy hits, they inform me that I didn't order with them, however I have kept every single email where they tell me they had traced my order with the order number sent, got the email address from the confirmation email!!! I wish I had read these reviews first. Avoid this company - looks legit and descent products but they’re clearly cheap imports and not as advertised. I bought a waterproof jacket which was basically thin cotton on arrival! The company will only offer vouchers for further purchases and not full refund unless I pay for international shipping cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The shoes were never delivered. They informed me at first that a full refund would be initiated, then that they had been destroyed during the shipping process, and I was only entitled to 75% back.
They seem unable to read or respond to emails, just trot out the same company line.
Avoid at all costs.

What a shit show. Scammers be aware and do not order from them. After a month waiting for my order I email them so many times and Emilia said she is working on my refund and then another email came through saying to wait ANOTHER 7 DAYS. KEEP THE MONEY PRICKS. The clothes are very poor quality and do not match the descriptions. Very small and cheap and nothing like the photos. If you want a refund they expect you to pay £60+ for postage. So then they offer you a discount voucher for your next purchase, which turns out to be worse than the original purchase!

They then post a reply on here saying oh dear how can we help: haha.

Sizes are incorrect and do not reflect UK sizing. The quality is poor and looks nothing like the photo. If you want to return an item you have to pay between £20 and £80 which is significantly more than the value of the item. You have no rights.
Really wish I had done my homework before buying.
