Collecting the information for billing and shipping data
Was a disaster. I had to do it four different times and it kept auto filling in the billing address as the shipping address. I kept correcting it. I almost gave up. Your website is totally screwed up. Extremely hard to navigate. Very poorly developed.

Shipping cost versus processing/shipping and delivery time caused me to review with 3 stars or average performance. The gift and products I was searching for were marketed as a sympathy gift for a loss in the family and I therefore was expecting a faster processing/shipping and delivery time to console the family in loss.
