I’m so grateful and impressed with how responsive they were to my question about shipping!

I did have to call in to order because the website was a little confusing. But once I called a great experience, very helpful and a wonderful gift that we could personalize for the recipient.

While the website gift collections offered the ability to add items, there seemed to be no easy way to delete items. This would have been a nice feature. Maybe I missed it.

Also It wasn't clear. Did I have to buy the card option to get my gift message included? Seemed to be only one Christmas card option. Would have liked a choice.

The decision to use a small business in Colorado with Colorado products was the goal for the Firm's client holiday gifts. This company has a large selection of local products. The personal are top notch. The tell all will be the responses from the clients.

I loved the options for the gift baskets and to be able to customize and curate your gift experience. I didn't love how expensive shipping is in addition to get it there next day when the page had already said same day shipping available (when it wasn't). And then it says not available after 2PM, so it seems pretty restrictive when trying to get a local gift basket to a grieving friend, especially if it is local to Colorado. There was also a coupon that said orders over $100 get 15% off, but that was before shipping/handling (that was another $40), and taxes/fees. My order was well over $100, so 15% off would have been a nice discount. At the end there was no way for me to send the customizable gift basket and to reach that quota even if I added a $5 gift card, I would have still been around $95, because it limits you from adding more than 4 items.

The descriptions for each item did not work - when you click on the image nothing happens so kind of guessing at what they are. Also it never asked me for a delivery date. And I had to enter the free shipping code in two different places for it to work. Other than that, the gift items offered are great and service is prompt! Seems to be a good value.

I called twice while ordering on line. Reached two different people, both of whom were so helpful, friendly, polite and happy to help. The site is very easy to order from and they have great products. And it shipped the same day!

Wonderful gift idea. My sister was surprised and loves it! Website was easy to navigate.
The only issue was trying to go back to see what was in the gift basket (couldn’t remember all the stuff that was inside). Couldn’t find the Peace, Love, and Happiness one again. I know you probably change things up every once in awhile, but maybe listing all the contents in the receipt would be helpful.

The offerings were varied and interesting. The basket is beautiful. A person called to tell me about a shipping option I did not understand, and she upgraded without charge. Very customer-centered service!

The selection to send was very good. The website advertised that I could pick the date the gift was sent but didn't give me the option. Thus my son is getting his Thanksgiving gift this week.

Delivery was very fast. Hoping the client enjoys the gift basket.
