Very helpful customer service advisors and their page was easy to many over. If you are not sure of anything just ask them before you fill any form, As they will put you through correctly.

The service I have got from Irish Parcels on 5 different occasions to the US in the past year has been perfection itself. Door to door delivery within 2 days at a reasonable cost and perfect communication makes all the difference.

I have now used Irish parcels for two years sending parcels from Dublin to Vancouver. I have had no issues & the services is very efficient . Collection from your door & delivered to Vancouver within 5 days a fantastic services. Would defiantly recommend this company.

I've booked a parcel on 2 separate occasions. Both the times the collection was delayed. It was only the second time that I understood that the TNT driver was to be blamed for everything. Now although IPS couldn't do much about it other than rebooking it, what frustrated me was that this was not told at the time of booking. Hence what was meant to be a birthday gift is now a belated birthday gift.

1. Could've mentioned in the website that certain localities are hard for the drivers to access. I would've used a different collection address like I ended up doing.
2. Had this been told at the time of booking, I would've either dropped the parcel myself or changed the pickup point. Nearby drop off points could've been mentioned on the website.
3. Would be easier on both the sides if there was a customized IPS-TNT customer front, instead of ringing IPS first, then IPS ringing TNT and then getting back to us.

The parcel eventually got delivered, but there are a couple of bottlenecks that could be identified when you run a simulation model ( this is what I study).

On top of everything, they have an amazing customer interactions team, which I think is the main reason the business is staying afloat. Thanks and take care.

The only issue was I had to print out the delivery sheet and there were COVID issues so it was hard to go out and print the label but overall, good service + great customer service.

Please be careful and avoid at all costs, the worst service I have ever encountered anywhere. Unable to deliver and then are shockingly rude about it. I took time to write this to genuinely warn customers, don't deal with them. Order number has been sent to supplier to verify. Useful that they choose to say this is unverified when it is negative.

Great Service, not always the cheapest within Ireland but good customer service. On last occasion ordered DPD it was no show, re-booked via email no show again. Customer Service has written to me (always in touch and reply or chase up the booking on my request) and informed what has happened so I requested a refund. There was no problem and I've arranged other service. It is not their fault as its a third party. It is simply courier services that fail. TNT always show up no problem, DPD is fussy -depending on a day and amount of packages they have so always keep checking with IrishParcels regarding the booking if its urgent or important and you booked DPD. Reg Customer Service Always in touch when I need them via email or phone, and helpful. Speaking good clear English.

Brilliant service, got there in one piece from Ireland to UK. Very quick and on time. Would defo use again.

The collection time is stated between 9-5 , too broad a timeframe , the driver should be able to contact you within a few hours of collection so that your not hanging around all day waiting and unable to do anything else

A nightmare of a service, have paid 117 euro to delivery from Galway to London, when I printed the labels the wrong address for the receipent was on them. Irish parcels tried to blame me for putting in the wrong address!! I waited all day for collection nobody turned up
I now have to go and print new labels and see if they turn up to collect the parcels today
Do not recommend this company

TNT did not collect on the scheduled day, this resulted in the delivery being delayed.

This wasout side the control of Irish parcels.

Booked and paid for the collection of a parcel from the UK.(80x80x40)
The next morning I had to ring their office to get the labels sent.
At the end of that day when the parcel should have been picked up, i get an email saying their system shouldn’t have allowed me to book the parcel as it was too big for the courier to collect. Instead of trying to get an alternative courier to Honour their contract they simply cancelled it, leaving me without a courier I’d already paid for. Be aware, under their terms and conditions they can cancel a contract at any time. They are not a courier company, they are a booking agent and an absolute joke of a company. They have no idea what customer service is. When I complained to their representative he told me their system had taken bookings it shouldn’t have several times that weekend. As if that made it alright. Do yourself a favor, if you value your parcel go directly to the courier companies.

Typical of your brand of customer service to blame the customer. This review was posted yesterday. It takes several days for Trustpilot to verify a review, but they will verify it as I have all your correspondence.
A parcel is defined as a wrapped object sent by post/courier. Your system had no problems booking, taking payment from me and sending labels (eventually) for it. A parcel that TNT (one of your trusted couriers) had no problem delivering to me today. You might also want to read your own website where it says “there are no set size or weight limits”
