Have used irish parcels a few time now, very good service as always. Have never been let down! Very efficient!

Credit where credit is due. After a horrendous experience with a competitor, I rebooked my parcel with Irish Parcels (after I checked reviews on Trust Pilot). I got an acknowledgement email right away, unlike the competitor, where my parcel just seem to disappear into thin air. Parcel was collected first thing following morning and arrived safely in UAE within just a couple of days. I was able to track the whole process. Highly recommend.

Irish Parcels are my preferred shipping company. Their prices are very competitive and online booking is a breeze. However, the main reason for recommending Irish Parcels is the customer service, they will chase the delivery companies if there is a collection or delivery issue. Quick response to queries and overall great service.

You'd be much better off going directly to the couriers that Irish Parcels broker for (e.g. DPD) for better customer care and peace of mind. I've used Irish Parcels on multiple occasions, but I won't be using them again.

A non-fragile item I sent through DPD via Irish Parcels arrived broken. Irish Parcels refused to cover the damages, claiming the item was antique. When I pointed out that it wasn't, they said that because 'fragile' was written on the box, it wasn't eligible for compensation (their no-compensation list includes 'Delicate items' and 'Fragile items (all)'. Try and win an argument against those broad terms). Bear in mind, the item sent was solid metal - not fragile. This experience leads me to believe they'll avoid liability by any means necessary.

If you're sending anything worth more than a tenner, definitely go directly through the couriers themselves - don't leave yourself open to losses by using Irish Parcels.

SCAM!!! Complete disaster!!! Do not use their services never!!! Some of my items were lost and they said it is impossible to find them, and the ones that arrived were broken. My big TV arrived with screen all smashed, clearly I could see that their put something heavy over the box of TV as the box was squashed in and very dirty, unbelievable!!! Two of the other boxes with valuable stuff like jewlery etc. arrived completely empty. I called to ask for a refund and they refused to send any money back, even the item delivery was covered.
We tried to find their office in Dalkey as per address given in Google maps and we didn't find it when we arrived there... there was a private house under this address.
We called to them asking about it and they said that their office is in Belfast... Looking in Google map you can not find their office in Belfast neither.
Just a nightmare!!! They said that delivery will take up to 4 working days and the things arrived after 2 weeks.
Avoid it!!!
There are many better and safer options to send you things, unless you want your stuff to be stolen or broken then go ahead with Irish parcels!!! This is a SCAM, not a serious company!!!

Excellent service and great value! I used Irish Parcels for the first time this week and I was very impressed. The whole process was very smooth and easy, and communication was excellent. Support staff were helpful and answered my queries on the phone, and the courier arrived on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again or to recommend it to others.

The people at Irish Parcels are simply amazing, first class chrome service. They actually answer phone enquiries politely and efficiently. This is in stark contrast to many of the courier companies who gladly take your money and then it’s impossible to reach by phone. If you have a parcel to send, Irish Parcels is the only choice.

Timely and traceable. However, collection time should be more exact, not just any time durinmg the day, eg between 0900 - 1200 etc...

Very easy to evaluate the parcel requirements as to weight and costings. I then received the appropriate labels from Irish Parcels, applied them as per instructions and the courier arrived albeit a day late to collect them.
All round a very satisfactory service
