I’ve had a very positive experience with IQONIC Design. The Streamit theme is solid, but what really stands out is the quality of their support.
Riya provided clear, structured, and professional assistance, including detailed explanations, file references, and transparent communication about what is handled via updates versus customization. Issues were properly acknowledged, tested, and scheduled for future updates where applicable.

I had a good experience working with the team on the Salehly app. The development process was generally smooth, and the team showed strong technical skills and good understanding of the requirements. Communication was clear, and they were responsive to feedback and revisions throughout the project.

Bug problem
First of all, I congratulate you on your work. You've created a superb streaming template using PHP (Streamit Laravel) with many interesting options.
However, there's a bug that's hindering the template's usability: even after completing registration, logging out and then trying to log back in some time later results in a "login failed" error message every time, even after correctly entering the login information and trying multiple times on the same device. My business partner contacted you about this issue, but it has never been resolved. How can you help me please?

I’ve been a loyal customer of Iqonic Design for a long time — I previously purchased the NewzLIVE theme, and now I’ve just bought Streamit WP, which is absolutely perfect for my video platform project. I had a few translation issues and minor bugs at the beginning, but everything was fixed extremely quickly. That’s why I’m giving a full 5-star rating: 5 for the product itself, which is excellent, and 5 for Nandish, who has been incredibly patient, professional, and responsive.
Despite the distance and the significant time zone difference between our countries, he always replied quickly and efficiently. Thanks to his support, I’m making fast progress, and I’m really looking forward to continuing to work with him to further improve this theme. If you have a video-related project, I strongly recommend Streamit WP — you won’t regret it.

StreamIt by Iqonic Design is one of the best products I’ve worked with. The code quality is clean, modular, and easy to follow, making development smooth. It offers excellent customizability, allowing me to tailor nearly every section to match my project. I encountered almost no bugs, and the few minor ones were simple to fix thanks to their strong code structure.
Their customer support deserves special praise—quick responses and practical solutions, especially Dev V for the contineous support. The design quality is modern, intuitive, and polished, giving the project a premium feel. The template provides impressive feature availability, covering everything a streaming platform needs. Product misleading
I purchased the Hope Ui Design System for my product team to scale quickly and to migrate two platforms so that we have a streamlined communication and language between design and development.
Upon opening the Figma version I noticed it lacked what was described as a “premium” design system.
Sure the devs may have what they need, but in design led orgs, this falls quite short.
The system in Figma is not well documented, it is bare bones components with improper naming conventions, poorly organized, styles are minimal and not named in a proper tokenized format for scalability, no variables are attached in any of the components, no grid system defined.
When I reached out for a refund, because the product is not as described on the site, I was met with “did you open the file and look for the design system in the side bar”. Which is very poor way of handling the situation. Of course I opened the file, I’m a staff level designer.
That aside, they then went on to be quite dismissive with their language.
The refund has said to have been issued.
But this is a warning to designers that are looking for a way to bridge the gap between design and development. This is not the product you want, and their customer support could use a bit of a lesson in proper email etiquette.
I am not sure when the field of product design became “here’s a few screens, this is our design system”
But you could find a better free system on the community page in Figma itself.
