I really liked the friendly approach of the Sales Coach Sachin who reviewed the entire system and explained every stage of a sales call by dividing it well into sections. Implementation through discussion, mock calls and how to track the numbers, results. With DC I see positive changes in the system and we are still half way in the training, looking forward to further improvement as n when we increase the number of calls.

Every discussion is on point and real call scenario based with examples and role plays during mock calls made the learning experience interesting.
