I am writing this in total disbelief at how Boots treats its loyal customers. I have been a dedicated shopper for years, frequently sharing my skincare hauls on TikTok and advocating for the brand, yet I have been "shadow-banned" from my own account for no reason.Since April 5th, every order I place fails "internal validation." I have tried using my £90 in accrued points and my bank card—all fail. I suspect this was triggered because I tried to buy 10 face masks for post-microneedling recovery. If there was a limit, the website should have stopped me; instead, it has effectively locked my account.I have:Waited the 72 hours as instructed—it didn't work.Confirmed all address and payment details are correct.Contacted customer service via phone, Facebook, and Resolver—only to be told "just shop in-store."This is unacceptable. I am a student with specific online offers and £90 in points that I am being prevented from using. I have recordings of the unhelpful calls and evidence of my loyalty, yet Boots seems happy to lose a customer to Superdrug.Emails to their executive office are bouncing, and no one will take accountability to manually whitelist my account. It is top-secret, dismissive, and incredibly poor service. I want my account unlocked immediately so I can access the rewards I have earned.

I have been trying to place a order online with boots for the last 2 weeks, when I phoned them to tell them of the issues they told me to contact my Bank which I did, the issue isen't with my card it is with boots. Due to them not accepting my payment I have missed out on some of the offers and the prices have changed.
Internal Validation Error every time.
Tried ordering a few time off boots website for some perfume and femal products for my wife, and every time the order gets cancelled due to "internal verification checks". Never had an issue until now. Customer service absolutely no use at all. I have up and ordered from Amazon at slightly higher cost.

Tried to order Boots online, but after payment online, I keep getting the message that "This is because your order XXX has failed one or more of our internal validation checks."
This is a nuisance. Boots needs to sort out their system.

I spend weekly in the Boots store buying items for elderly relatives and my children. It’s so annoying and frustrating I can’t take advantage of online offers.

Been a loyal boots customer for 40 plus years until Tuesday when I tried to place an order and failed several times I tried using a different device, changing password etc. contacted customer service who told me to leave it 72 hours and try again I did no joy still contacted customer service again was told there was nothing they could go to help and would be ending the phone call. I suffer with a long term chronic illness and my local boots is small so doesn’t always have the stock so find ordering online and collecting from store is a convenient way to shop for me until now that is. Looking at other reviews I’m not on my own with this it is obviously an issue that needs addressing I have now placed an order with Superdrug no issues whatsoever!

Every order I make fails an internal validation check. This started 11 orders ago all have failed and I used to order at least every 2 weeks. I have contacted customer service each time but they say they can't tell me why. My cards work on all other websites. I asked for this to be passed onto higher management but was told it couldn't be. So I am a loyal customer of over 50 years and I am effectively banned from the website.No one seems to care at customer service as they seem powerless to report individual issues upwards.Reading other reviews it seems I am not alone.

Charged my credit card then had the cheek to send an email saying I haven't been charged. Who do you think you are? Nothing wrong with my credit card, its like the 1800s at Boots. My wife and I have been Boots.com customers for years and never had an issue. Suddenly every attempt to buy anything fails validation checks and the order is cancelled. Customer service cannot say why so they have permanently lost a customer.

Went to order 2 baby chairs tonight value £152 just keeps saying internal validation checks failed. Been ordering online for years never cone across this. Iv tryed 3 times now with no luck. Ordering system that must not work not sure how their making money. Smyth toys and a few others selling same product so will just order from somewere else

What on earth is going on with Boots website! It’s absolutely terrible and inferior to competitors. The website is slow and then when I’ve tried to checkout multiple times it comes up with “internal verification failed”. Spoke to customer services multiple times and they advised me to get myself a new email address (no thanks!) or leave it 72hrs for the account to reset. Left it 72hrs…still locked out! Another 72hrs….still locked out! Sort it out Boots, absolutely terrible customer service after I’ve been a customer for many decades and have no issues my end.

Tried to order items repeatedly and every single time the order fails. Sometimes takes weeks to put an order through and end up having to break it down into smaller parts. It’s not just this order, it’s all previous orders. Why, when the company is so big, are they so incapable of building and maintaining a decent online shop? Do they not want the business? Absolute rubbish and waste of time.

Unable to log in on the website, tried different browsers. Also removed all Boots cookies.
Also unable to place an order using the Android app. At least on the app it does recognise me, but it will not show me my account profile nor my advantage card points. When I was in the shop the pharmacy were unable to allow me to spend my points at the counter.

Failed verification apparatently to order!! No one can tell me why they have taken over 3000 of my advantage card points which I have to wait to be returned nothing they can do apparently!! Well you were quick enough to take them for an order that failed to go through!! I have 2 pending payments with boots on PayPal didn't go through but still showing 4 in my bank which I have to wait for the money to go back in the order didnt go through so whys the money been taken!! Customer service absolutely useless wouldn't let me raise as a complaint said its at boots discretion whether they want you to order well you wanted my other 30 orders so why not this one!! Happened twice this now needs sorting out seriously annoyed with boots right now complete lack of thought or care for their loyal customers.
