This morning after putting this call off since January I rang and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Robert Mulligan. From the get go he immediately put ne at ease. On medical grounds I was cancelling my husbands policy. A difficult situation made very easy & pleasant by Robert. Within a few minutes everything was explained and taken care of. This was a van insurance but I now see they also do car insurance. When my car insurance comes up for renewal they will definitely get the first opportunity to quote me. In the age of technology its always scary when you hear to go on line, but to speak to a friendly helpful voice like Robert's was a pleasure. Thanks again Robert

I didn't have to wait 5 million years for a human being to answer the phone. The quote I got was substantially better than the competition, which leads me to believe that the last crowd ripped me off. Finally I was not driven insane by some scuttery muzak that was interspersed with a message uttering some nonsense about how important your call is to us.

A lovely young lady called Lauren Maloney made my experience amazing. I could not figure out what was missing from me getting my disc but she talked me through the problem and stayed with me until it was resolved. Many thanks Lauren, you could not have been more helpful.

I was with insuremyvan for some time about three years ago. This year, I decided to go back with them and it seems things have gone downhill. For some reason, they can't receive my required documents at info AT insuremyvan.ie. The emails are sent, with attachments and there are no errors. Yet, they keep telling me they have received nothing.
The other thing I find very annoying is that they have not bothered to tell me that the documents are still outstanding for over a week. From my point of view, since the emails sent ok and there were no errors, I assumed they had gone through OK. I had to email them to enquire after waiting a week, expecting my policy docs in the post.
Lastly -- don't bother trying to ring on a Monday, calls never get answered, and there's no option for a callback.

My first time using Insuremyvan. No issues from the first phone call to the last. Easy insurance process and staff very helpful. Would have no problem recommending them.

My Experience was seamless due to the gentleman that I was dealing with. Brad Hennessy is the guy in question he was well mannered and extremely professional from start to finish. Lovely guy hence my 5 stars.
