Straight forward, very easy to deal with. Great car insurance deals, ~30% less than the others. Lovely on the phone, great follow up and substantial discount sought when renewing.

Awkward & time wasters. They are quick to accept your money but terrible sending out disc and insurance details. They asked for pointless documentation, even when sent, no reply. Had to ring them, listen to that sh*te music for over 40min to get it sorted. Cover in a click, you're having a laugh, cover in about two months rings true. Looking forward to switching provider next year.
