Delivered as ordered and on time. Delivery couriers friendly and helpful. Slight hiccup in that courier sent a lorry too big to get here first time but easily resolved by next day.

Easy to place order by phone, delivered 2 days later and great products. Bery good communications. Would definately recommend.

Had to chase up order which seemed to be missed. They did respond quickly and sent out immediately for next day delivery - so kind of ok in the end.

Delivery was split into two parts made it a bit of a problem planning the install products are good so will use again and have recommended

Great price, excellent delivery.

Delivery was prompt, especially considering we live on one of the North Isles. We've used the product before, so we know it is good, and just needed a bit more to finish the job properly. Good service, easy people to deal with.

I ordered 3 rolls of sheep wool insulation over the phone (in order to arrange a delivery date when I would be home). Insulation Merchant only too happy to arrange this.

The 3 rolls were dispatched and 2 rolls successfully arrived on the date however Tuffnells split the delivery and it wasn't clear at the time when the 3rd would arrive - it did come 2 days later.

Unfortunately one insulation roll was the wrong size (they do look similar). I emailed the team and a replacement was immediately sent out and incorrect one collected.

Cheaper than other companies and well packaged. A faultless experience save for the split delivery and excellent customer service.

They were the most competitive priced and most reasonable delivery charges. The products were well packaged and arrived quickly. Would recommend and use them again.
