Would be zero stars if possible. this is clearly a company (Ecomerchant Natural Building Materials Limited)who are very small and and mainly drop ship. Sadly we ordered some oak boarding that was reportedly in stock and failed to be delivered as stated over the next week we were given various excuses blaming other employees, however, it's clearly a common theme as Conner the Sales Negotiator blaming the guy who spoke to us the previsou week which was in fact himself. After one month of waiting I called to get an precise delveir date to only find th eover seas manufacturer had a whole lot of issues and had not even milled the oak yet, which would be anothe week, then a week for shipping and 4-5 days to be processed through Ecomerchat. Having already cost wasted booked carpenter time and issues from teh delay asked for a full immediate refund. Well see how quick that comes. If you want your goods i'd find alternatives.If you want excuses for weeks that change each week this is your go to company.
