The order was long in getting here. Last in ship date. Then when I received it, it was not the order I paid for. I ordered for a 2019 Ford Ranger crew cab with a full rear window with rear window defrost. So I have 4 full doors and this order came with 2 side door windows, maybe a front windshield and not sure it is right. Also two small square windows. What they are for is beyond me. I paid $149.00 for full kit. On top of all that. The adhesive strip mentioned in the installation instructions was missing. I have rolled all of it back up and repackaged it nicely. I have sent an email because I cannot find a phone to contact them. It supposedly has an Instagram contact. However I do not do Instagram. I either want a refund or the right kit. Thought the product was innovative and looked forward to having it. However, that is deminisioning quickly. I will wait for the return email and if no return, I will file a complaint with the BBB and possibly with FTC.

To put it simple, this company is a scam. I placed an order over 3 months ago and still have not received my product and after multiple emails, they refuse to give a refund. I have reported them to the FTC and advise everyone avoid doing business with this “company”.

I never actually placed an order, I simply had them in my cart. November 8 2024 I received a notification of a charge by instatint for over $380 US (I'm in Canada). Since than it has been awful "customer service". I was told immediately that a refund couldn't be issued as it was already being manufactured (meanwhile I had emailed them immediately after I was charged). Since than I have no recieved the product or a tracking number. It's been 2 months. This company is a HUGE SCAM!!!

My order was incomplete and also wrong, Been fighting back and forth for 2 months trying to get a refund as I didn't receive everything, even offered to send back and they just keep repeating with the same email over and over again. Horrible customer service and waste of money as they don't keep their word and refund.

I received my order (wouldn't recommend the product), but since then, the company has tried to charge my credit card 3 more times over the course of 3 months. I have not made any additional purchases from them. BEWARE! They are trying to scam people!

Tints never fix my tesla Y was told they were going to send new ones never received requested refund never received

Total scam site. No one will answer emails. I paid extra for 3 days shipping and am being ignored. Just want my money back at this point

OMG this is an absolute shit show of a company!

I ordered my tints on October 21st and it's now January 10th!

They keep saying that it's being packaged and ready for shipping and they're so busy with new customers that my tints are delayed.

Well got mine finally on my 2016 ram. Installation went easily, but holy shiz....they looked good when I put them on, but are hazy as hell when sun hits them. If I didn't live in the FL Keys I would've sent them back. Definitely getting them professionally done later. It's a great concept, but horrible customer service and quality. I wouldn't purchase again.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I purchased this instashit because I was a sucker. I ordered the tint on 11/28/24 and it showed up on 12/27/24. Also, purchased a warranty. The tint is absolutely garbage!!! It arrived with scratches and bubbles before I even tried to put it on. When you finally wedged it in place on your windows and rolled them out the tint crumples, which basically makes it useless to reapply. I have sent emails after emails trying to get in touch with someone with no luck. The customer service email address is contact@instatints with a guy name Dylan reed but the sign off at the bottom of the only email I received was from someone name Yair. That is very suspicious to me. I am going to dispute the whole order with my credit card company at this point. Please stay away from this scam company!!!

Took forever to ship at least 3-4weeks. I was leaving in 3 weeks so emailed them no response emailed again when I was leaving ant told them to cancel order as I wouldn’t be there. They finally shipped them and so I had to pay $25 to ship where I was at then because they were sitting out in snow. When I finally got them and opened the box they never shipped the storage bag I ordered and paid for!! I emailed again no answer. Totally not worth doing business with them as customer service is nonexistent!!!!!! I’m sure I’m just out of luck on getting my super expensive tint that I can’t store and can’t use most of the time to last more than 1 use. Not pleased

I've been waiting 45 days for my order. I've contacted them many times through email and they always send me some kind of BS excuse. This is a scam.

HORRIBLE. They will flat out lie to you about the status of the order in hopes of postponing until a refund is no longer viable. They take WEEKS to even start your order. Customer service is a joke. It's only by email and they'll take up to a week to respond, and then just lie in their response anyway. STAY AWAY

I bit… hook, line, and sinker. If only their customer service was as effective as their advertising, this company would easily be Fortune 500. Unfortunately, I can’t even say that their customer service is subpar because to this point, it’s been NONEXISTENT. I originally placed and paid in full for my order on November 16, 2024. Today is December, 20, 2024, and to date I have sent a minimum of 2 emails to the only email address found on their website, “contactATinstatints.com”, and also tried the “Chat” feature on their website, which states “Leave us a message and we’ll email you when we’re back online.” I have attempted the “Chat” feature, including screenshots of original order confirmation email, additional follow-up/update requests emails, including my order #, shipping address, email address, and cell phone number.

May as well be sending my correspondence to blinddeafanddumbATthegraveyard.com because it’s like I’m trying to communicate with the dead.

I never got my order, bank is still disputing charge 3 MONTHS LATER, where is a legal team to go after them? Worst company ever!

Honor your warranty. If a consumer is not happy with it refund them their money. The product came in larger than it should have been and would not fit. Not designed for full frame windows. Sent numerous pictures and video showing that they where too large. Not to mention they had blemish's on them.

I purchased these tints because of the Risk Free 30 day money back guarantee. I wanted to verify there are legit. But as figured it never is.

My package took over 3+ weeks to deliver and I didn’t get a tracking number until the very end.

When I did get the package, the first thing I did was record the unboxing. Which all big companies state you should do. When doing so, I noticed I didn’t get the quarter panels I ordered and the tints came damaged. Keep in mind the tints are still in the sheet and the tape and spray haven’t been touched.

So I text support. Dylan Reed takes over 20 hours every time to respond and denied my return because I “opened the box”. How am I supposed to verify??

Thus, this is just a company trying to waste your time and take your money. They can’t even honor their word.
