I am very, very disappointed at this company. They really really wrecked me off. They asked for the measurements of your vehicle but they send me like five pieces of plastic or nothing to do with the size of my vehicle glass. It’s a rip off and I asked him to return the money and they said no because it was after the month. My credit card didn’t accept to make a dispute so then they wrote me back and they said we’re gonna return your money, but they never did. And I spent $24 giving them their plastics back to them. What in the world is this?

Purchase full window tint package for Cadillac Ct4. Tint film did not fit back window, and the film scratched easily, difficult to see thru, and did not lay flat in all areas, and was reflective. Instatints made it very difficult to return so I disposed of them in the garbage. Very poor product and did not perform at all as advertised. DO NOT BUY!

Thank you Beverly for awesome support fixing the problem I will still shop from your business

Sent wrong pieces wont make right , avoid at all costs the reviews dont lie

Brampton shop did an excellent tint in my SUV. Excellent pricing. Very happy with the outcome. Recommended.

I showed interest in getting my windows tinted, they have been calling me everyday since I showed interest. I did explain I would reach out when I’m ready. But won’t be going now they annoyed me so much and from now seeing all these other reviews I’m thankful I didn’t go

They didn't fit. So I have to pay shipping and 15% off cost. Don't do it!

They make the online video look so easy but it’s hard to install without minor damage. Barely fit and the product constantly moves on my windows. Due to the return policy and not even allowing finger prints on it I can’t return. A scam company for sure

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE CONCEPT, DESIGN & MANUFACTURING!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY A SCAM IN REGARDS TO “a quality product” or “ease of use” or “ANY Customer Support”.

Yes my name is Roger I've been trying to return my instant product or exchange it because I ordered the wrong one and nobody will return my email or get ahold of me. Is there any way you can get somebody from instant tent to get ahold of me please

Complete trash product. Zero customer service response. Address on website comes back to a different llc in Sheridan wy. Don't waste your hard earned money...

stop doing business because they are a scam I received my package does not fit wrong size and I’ve been communicating via email because they don’t take phone calls which is a red flag and I have not had any contact from them since December 22 and they were supposed to be shipping me out another package never received anything in no contact since December 22 such funky customer service they need to be shut down

Absolute scam of a company.

I went ahead and also reported on Google Merchant so they can’t run this scams anymore. Everyone reading this must report them to Google, as they allow them for advertising. Hopefully they will shut down soon.

My money went down in the drain, no refunds.

I never received a product after 8 months of waiting.

Horrible company. I still have not received my order been almost a year!!!! Can’t even get a refund or a response

Zero stars. 1 Million percent an absolute scam. Con artist company running fly by nights rip off business. DO NOT ORDER. Under ANY circumstances!!

You have to put in your vehicle information for "accuracy", but this is not the case. I have frameless windows, so when you open the door, the window goes down slightly. This made installing these a challenge, and definitely not accounted for. The tints also didn't fit my window. I tried to trim and it looked awful. When trying to fit it fully to the window, it creased the tint. What a waste of money. I could have used that for professional tints.

I ordered in June of 2025 and to date haven’t received anything.

I ordered 4 months ago and never received the product. I saw the bad reviews and thought no company could be this bad and I ordered anyway. I was wrong! Please don’t follow my example, stay away from InstaTint.

I ordered my tint in June when I bought my car it’s been 3 months and I haven’t received it or any talks about getting a refund got scammed don’t buy from them

Every good review on here is fake. Just look at the dates. No way you purchased this and then 2 days later you had the tint on your car and saw all these benefits that are posted. These are all lies!
It has been 4 months since I placed my order and I have still not received it. I try to email them and ask what's going on but I continue to get a generic robot response of "sorry for the delay and we will let you know as soon as we find out" all emails are word for word the same. No one is real and I can't get a straight answer. After 3 months I just requested a refund and they replied and asked me why I would want to cancel my order??? Obviously I'm not getting an order or it would be here by now! Still no refund or product that I ordered. Stay far away! They are thieves!!! This is a scam!
