Doing the course was an enjoyable experience. The modules were put together well and concepts explained clearly. Apart from this the IME team were very helpful and supportive throughout, even with minor technical questions about the use of their platform

I've thoroughly enjoyed my mini MBA course with IME. The course video tutorials, webinars and handouts were accessed easily online, straightforward to follow and provided engaging content. I learnt a lot over the three months about how to improve my happiness at work, be resilient during tough times and learnt a lot about myself and how to develop my signature strengths. I felt well supported by the IME team, with access to an IME Forum where I can ask questions alongside other students. It was also the perfect length and depth of content, allowing me to fit in study time during evening and/ or weekends around my fulltime work as Head of Global Programmes. I can't recommend it enough!

I completed this course in Jan 2017 and have found it very useful both personally and professionally. The course content was very interesting, mixing scientific theory and research with tips on practical application. I organised presentation skills training for my team (of 10) with them which greatly benefited everyone.

During the course, we were given the opportunity to go off site for a day to work with a specialist who really helped us individually to bring on our skills and confidence levels (with the right tools and coaching).

I stumbled across this mentoring programme a few years ago, at a time when I was pretty lost and needed guidance from an industry professional as I tried to progress my career. IME teamed me up with a mentor who I'm still in touch with to this day and I was supported throughout the whole programme. The whole experience was a real eye opener and helped me secure a new job (and life) in London. I would definitely recommend this programme to all young adults who are at the beginning of their career!

This course was incredibly useful for people motivating and leading teams.
