If you're looking for a course that really focuses on practice, as opposed to just theory, this is for you. it really encourages self-reflection and building up strengths such as relationships in business and resilience, which are integral to being successful in whatever career path you've chosen. I really enjoyed the course, and it was great to be able to complete it in my own time without having to be present in a classroom. The team are also very helpful if you have any queries and are keen to help you progress in your learning.

I've loved completing the Peak performance and Productivity course. It has taught me a lot about myself and helped me to better understand my strengths and how to use them to improve my performance and productivity. However my learning hasn't just been helpful to me, I've picked up tools and ideas that I've not only been able to share with my team to enable them to maximise their potential but that have enabled me to create the right environment for them to perform at their best.

The course materials were easy to use and the flexibility of the course meant I was able to work at my own pace and fit it in around a busy work and home life.

A perfect way to learn with flexibility. You can put in as much time as you wish and there is always more scope to learn and take more from the course. With regular check-ins it is easy to see you progress as you go and I was able to apply lessons to real life right from day 1.
Easy to download content and upload completed worksheet. I would highly recommend for online learning.

IME is an organisation offering online and in-house management, leadership and coaching courses. It has been now a little over 1 year that I have been using the IME services and my personal experience has been very positive. During this time, I have attended around 12 of their webinars, and have completed 3 of their management and career coaching courses. I am working in sales and my favorite course by far has been the Mini-MBA on Peak Performance and Productivity. Their courses are split into modules (of an average of 6) during which you have a number of study material, video guides, and exercise sheets to follow and complete. The best part about the IME courses is that you can easily schedule your own study time, and you can always go back to your study material for a quick refresh. I can say that by completing these courses, I have definitely refreshed some of my skills whilst also learning what my real strengths are. I will definitely go back and use IME for any future learning and development needs my team and I will have. Thank you IME team! It has been a pleasure being your student.

I'm currently taking part in an IME course for Peak Performance and Productivity.
I find the set up really works for me, there are regular webinars on relevant topics that are easy to dial into regardless of where you are.
There are clear instructions about how to complete each course module and plenty of help and support along the way if you need guidance.
The course is extremely interesting and well thought out. All the exercises are really pertinent to improving everyday work situations, and the handouts and supporting documents are really useful.
I'd definitely recommend this course for anyone looking for a flexible course to aid their development.

I have participated in three webinars by Inspire, Motivate and Engage and found each of them interesting, informative and clearly presented.
The webinars are easy to set up and it is easy to ask questions and get a response from the presenter during the presentation.
The webinars have been presented by three different people and they have all be knowledgeable and made the talk interesting and engaging. I would really recommend these. They have given me helpful information for work and my home life.

I did the Mini MBA and really enjoyed it. I found it very engaging and thought-provoking. Great course materials, online support and seminars. It certainly helped me with some questions and thoughts that I had about my future career path. I would definitely learn with IME again.

The course was comprehensive and engaging. It took longer than the suggested 30 hours to complete but it was worth the additional time to gain a greater understanding of key leadership and management skills and techniques.
