they save the details of your card to charge you 39GBP later
What they basically do is that when you do a payment their system tries to save the card details for future payments. This feature is not supported by some cards (like virtual card from revolut) - and this is the only reason why I was not debited and not scammed after all (but not used their doubtful system either).

Bunch of crooks. Other reviews are accurate in that they take your £0.50 for a search, fail to find any information and then sneak in a £39 subscription. Don't touch them with a barge-pole!

Son unos timadores.Te venden información sobre una persona por 0'50€ y una vez has pagado no se vuelve a saber de ellos,te suscriben a su "página"y al mes te cobran 39€.Cuando anulas esa "suscripción"fraudulenta,debes cambiar de tarjeta para que no vuelvan a cobrar y denunciarlo ante la policía.Entonces te mandan otro mail para que entres en la página con un enlace,si entras otros 39€ que te cobran por nada.Es una estafa en toda regla.

Under no circumstances use this company - they give you the impression they have found information out so you pay and then they couldn't find anything out at all and the report is empty - the irony is that I searched myself and I have full public records for 57 years! Then they charge you £39 after 2 days - I cancelled on the day realising it was a scam but they have charged me anyway and refuse to refund my £39

Scammers. 50p payment for non existent service, then they steal £39 each month. Email arrives acknowledging payment of 50p. No mention of £39 to be taken out. A second email arrives later stating that you have agreed to £39 being taken each month if you don't cancel within 48 hours. Since its not stated that this would happen you will not expect nor check for an email.

They are scammers! When you start using the website, they say they found the person you are looking for and make you pay! After the payment, they say they couldn’t find anything!
After 1 day, they take more money from the card you paid £0.50!
Do not trust them or use their services!

SCAM ALERT! If only there was a zero option
If only there was a zero option. Avoid this site it's fraud. When I paid it was searching but said I crossed maximum searches. Called customer service agent called Zac or Zack ( african accent), his English was terrible, told me ot was technical problems. After 2 hours still having same problem, called him again ( same person) I told him I don't understand and he gave me an excuse saying I was talking over him, yet he was talking over me. When I told him I'm contacting the bank he said I was rude. This is a scam company with made up 5 star reviews, they are just collecting your personal information. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

J ai fais une recherche sur se site pour trouver une adresse le service est payant 0,50 euros et je n ai pas eu de résultat à ma recherche donc ce n étais pas grave par contre j ai un prélèvement de 39 euros pour un abonnement que je n ai absolument pas demander qu ils mettent d office au bout de 48h si vous ne vous désabonner pas donc faire très attention je l ai signalé à ma banque et au service des fraudes et je leur ai demandé de ne pas me prélever ou de me rembourser je vous tiendrais au courant mr De Sousa enrique

Used this to find information about a specific person who was fraudulently using my address for his/her debts parking fines etc.
It said it found the person and wanted me to pay 0.50 pence to reveal information. I paid the 50p only for it to say, “No results found” so I left.
Then a week later my bank suspected a £39 subscription charge and immediately blocked it. Thankfully wasn’t charged but had to deal with the consequences of my card being suspended/blocked everywhere and couldn’t pay for food etc.
Avoid like the plague, useless site. You have more success winning the lottery then getting information from these con artists. Website should be reported!

Con artists from start to finish, avoid!
Con artists from start to finish, you have more chances of joining MI5 than getting any information from this shower of s**t. Password's that don’t work, limit reached before you’ve actually found any information then after an hour ringing the helpline sending emails the site crashes just before the tantalising information is shown! Crap from start to finish, make sure you cancel before the £39 subscription starts, or save yourself 50p walk into a pub and ask if anybody knows who you’re looking for! More chance of gaining any information than wasting your time with this shower, awful, dreadful, useless waste of time. Please beware and avoid, just don’t, don’t even be tempted!

Arnaque très probable, mais pas chère !
J'ai eu le même résultat que la plupart des commentaires : des résultats promis, un paiement de 50 centimes d'€, mais après on me dit que j'ai dépassé la limite des résultats. Heureusement, le bouton de "Désabonnement" est afficher en gros, je verrai si le prélèvement est bien annulé, il n'apparaît pas dans mes futurs paiements sur mon app mobile !

Una estrella porque te lo exige la página. Son unos putos ladrones, no se como la justicia no hace cancelar esta página de las redes. Te cobran 0.50 por un servicio que luego no sale nada en la búsqueda y resulta que en las letras pequeñas, te estás suscribiendo a que te cobren 39 por una suscripción mensual automática, para nada encima. Estafadores,la pagina no vale un duro. OJO CON ESTA ESTAFA.
