They are charging me £39 per month and…
They are charging me £39 per month and I cannot cancel. They tell me I don't have a subscription. I have raised complaint with my bank.

Simply a scam
Simply a scam. Takes 50p supposedly to pay for the service. Then tried to take £49. Monzo bank stopped tge payment and isdued a new card. I believe they also run as the reverse lookup from a flat in Cyprus.

as per my experience what this info-findr .net is doing if you don’t read T&C
and you try to search someone they will ask you to pay £0.50 fifty pence you going to pay fifty pence by card and your email address once you provide your card details they save card details in company data biased and after that every month atomically charge £39.00 per month regardless even you provide your email the don’t send any conformation regarding subscription and I really don’t know what is going on I contacted my bank and make request can you please investigate this charges I have no clue what and why they taken money £39.00 for the last three months my bank provide me unique identifiers for them ARN than I sent email to info findr.net still waiting for reply from info-findr .net. any outcome I will update asap.

Today info-finder net customer service they prosses my refund. just let you know i never ever register with info-finder net. and i try to search my close family member i put name on his web side after click they ask me to fifty pence which is i paid by card.after that they keep charging £39.00 per month for the last three months Finally Refund Received today.

This company are theives - literally! I so wish I had read their reviews before using them. They have taken £32 from my account without authorisation and are refusing to refund it. They are now ignoring my emails and formal complaint. I will be taking this to the ombudsman. They are absolutely disgraceful

Aparte de que te hacen ver que tienen datos del familiar o persona que buscas y es mentira, después te hacen suscripción sin informarte y te cobran a los dos días 39€, por no haberte dado ningún dato de la persona, porque después te dicen que ni tienen nada de esa persona y ya te han cobrado los 39,50€, cuidado con esta empresa estafadora, he de decir que gracias a que hice la devolución a través del banco se me ha devuelto el importe de los 39€, espero que no le pase a más gente.

I was enquiring about, no info arrived, so we cancelled. Informed the bank fraud dept. who then cancelled my card. Something very iffy going on here.

SCAMMERS. AVOID like the plague. They took a subscription from me which I never agreed to and won't refund my money. I can see from the other reviews that they have scammed others also. The phone number they provide is non existent. Trading Standards are being notified.

Scammers! Does this company still exist? Like many I have been scammed into paying 50p now £39 however it's all in French? I can not contact the number ending in 5459 I did not read reviews, hopefully they have been shut down, it's a con, I know this too late how do they get away with it!

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
I should have read the reviews for the site first and then maybe I would be £39 better off. This is an absolute scam. You think you are getting a bargain at £0.50, but when the report comes, there is nothing in it. Then to add insult to injury, not even 48 hours later, another £39 is debited from my account for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up to. This is nothing more than daylight robbery.

TOTAL SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is a total scam and should be investigated by Trading Standards. As others have stated, you search for a name, for example, it says it has found a number of results. So you pay your 50p, where it has NO reference to a more expensive subscription, then the results report is made available to you where it is guaranteed there will be no results to your search. Only on the confirmation email does it mention that you have now been automatically subscribed to the £39 monthly subscription and requires you to cancel it to prevent the money being taken from your account.
I hope you read this before trying this site.

I have unfortunately not looked at any reviews prior to paying £0.5 for what I believed to be a one off fee. They then attempted to charge me £39. This is even after I messaged them to say that I got no information for the telephone number I needed so not worth even the £0.5. Total scammers.
