The customer service and communication…
The customer service and communication were really good. The product is very good and the price was great. The first shipment were the wrong blinds, but they replaced them promptly with a great product and gave us a small refund for the trouble. I would order from them again.

Everything from ordering to install was incredibly easy. We do have extra deep casings so they aren't quite total black out but they are about 98%. I am very happy with the purchase
