They are always there ,should you need advice and support, they are happy to advise on any particular products, without being in any way pushy. An amazing company.
I have just recieved my 1st order and its fabulous. The packaging beautiful too!
I shall not forget their kindness!
I shall be buying from them again, especially in the knowledge, that I can always gave a girly chat with my support advisor on hand when ever I need her.

The elevate cream is absolutely lovely. Nourishing, easily absorbed and leaves my skin feeling very moisturised. And the staff at Inblair are just lovely. I am now devoted to this compsny.

What a really good customer service, this must be paramount with the company. I emailed to say I received my beautiful packaged goods obviously packed with love. I checked my items and one of the bottles had leaked out and was all.over the box. I emailed to let them to know immediately and they put another one in the post within minutes of reading my predicament. I sent evidence of the leakage and they are satisfied. I am so glad this company has great customer service . Well done. I can use this company in future.

What a great way to start the new year....by giving InBlair 5 stars for their customer service. I recently placed my first order and there were problems with the delivery. Customer Service was understanding and intervened. Unfortunately, that didn't do the trick. Then they reordered for me, crediting my purchase. This time it came. Big kudos to Joshie. I'm really excited to try my new moisturizer. I'll write another review after I've used Elevate for a while.

Everything was world class ⭐️: delivery time, packaging and the product itself! I see a difference every time I use your amazing serum. It’s not dramatic, but I believe it will be after a couple or three months, as you say. I admire your honesty and integrity in not promising a quick transformation as so many other companies do.

I had issues with my order and it took about three weeks to get to me. Zezza from Inblair followed up for me and found out the issue with me receiving my order a few days later. Very good customer service. I've only been using my product for about a week, so early days but it feels nice on my skin.

I DEFINITELY see a difference in my skin!!! Such an improvement. I have been using the serum for over 6 months now. I absolutely love the face serum. And I am no different from any other woman. Hello, I am writing this note because I think is important for you to make your decision. I recently bought the inblair’s cream Elevate.In no time, it took number one amongst at least 5 other products.From the get go, everything went very smooth; from ordering, to start applying the product which I see results immediately. I have used a lot of these products, and have to say that Elevate’s is a clear winner.Ever since I started using it , the changes are like day and night in reducing wrinkles disappearing before your very eyes. What made this experience life changing is the Service Rep I was blessed to get. Her name is Zezza and she is the most precious person I've ever encountered with a company. She is kind, thoughtful, very knowledgeable, extremely patient, humorous, kind and understanding. She is a true blessing to Inblair. I am 6 months into my 80th year and have been a skin care junkie all my life! I took a
chance on Inblair, never having heard of it before, and I am so happy that I did. The "Elevate" is the best beauty product I have ever used. I would recommend it to anyone who wants truly remarkable results in the appearance of their skin in a short period of time. I cannot wait to see further results the longer I use it. I recently needed to return some items to in Blair cosmetics. I worked with ZEZZA and most complement this customer service person, on being so very supportive, helpful and understanding in solving my needs. I ordered four of the serum by mistake. I was offered some helpful choices, but ultimately decided to return the products. InBlair is a very reputable company with excellent products and because of my very positive experience with this customer service representative, I will most likely be ordering from them in the future. they stand by their products. Thank you ZEZZA for a very positive experience.

Initially I purchased one bottle of Rejuvenate Serum to see if it suited my skin. I had read an article on line stating the difference it made to the skin. I have now just ordered another 3 bottles. I have brown spots and freckles, these have faded and the texture of my skin looks great.
Customer Service is excellent. If you contact them, they will come back to you the same day. Zezza and Claire are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Serum and the company.

i really liked this moisturizer but I got a rash on my face, so I stopped using it. When I emailed the company they really tried to help by asking about medications I am taking to see if the reason for the rash had anything to do with my meds. When we couldn't come on a specific reason they immediately told me they would refund my money. They were unusually nice and easy to deal with.

There was a question on the card I used to make a purchase. I wrote customer service immediately and got an immediate response! Zezza was so helpful and not only researched my question, but got me the answer I needed to confirm my purchase was safe and secure. We corresponded several times over 2 days, but she was right on top of it and I had no worries!

I'm very happy with my purchase. I bought inBlair Elevate. It's been 15 days and I've noticed a difference in my face. My skin seems plumper, softer and my skin tone is more even and so smooth. My face even seems brighter. I'm very pleased so far. And FYI...a little goes a long way.

Zezza the customer service representative has gone above and beyond to help me. I had an allergic reaction to the cream that I bought from Inblair, my skin is very sensitive. Zezza has helped so much and she is so understanding and caring. We need more people like her in this world. I highly recommend their products. The face cream seemed so smooth and luxurious.
