I have tried more products than I would like to admit! This product on the FIRST application I knew I was a good product. Well I am only about four to five days in and I will now say best product ever ! I never comment good or bad - but I truly believe this product is exceptional. 👏

I’ve been using all three products now for a few weeks. I don’t notice that much of a difference but I will tell you I absolutely love the way my skin feels. I started with the face serum which is so light not oily at all. I loved it so I decided to try the elevate moisture it’s amazing. Next I had to try the gentle face cleanser. This is so great. My face feels so fresh after I use it. I don’t like to write reviews but WOW I really do love these products.

I just ordered the product so haven’t yet tried it. What I can say is the customer service is superb. I had many questions which Zezza confidently answered. She made the process smooth and clear, answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way. Her support helped me feel confident and cared for throughout my experience and made me want to give the product a try.

Being a "senior" who has tried nearly every product on the market, I've become skeptical of all the "hoop-la" on a product. However, after doing research, I decided to give this product a try......WOW!!!! Within a week, my smile-lines around by eyes began to smooth out. Those dry spots on my cheeks became softer. After cleaning my skin, this product simply "disappears" into the pores when applied. I'm really over-the-moon happy; customer service is truly professional. The packaging is so beautiful that I repurposed it as a gift box at Christmas. SUMMARY: this product delivers!!!!!

I had an issue with being signed up for a subscription that I didn’t want, Zezza responded to my email promptly,telling me she cancelled it and would help me with anything in the future. Great customer service!

My product purchase attracted a Duty charged which was an unwelcome surprise for me. Zezza provided excellent customer service in guiding me through that process. Whatever Zezza is getting paid it’s probably not anywhere near enough!

i got a receipt saying I signed up for a subscription and I did not so I emailed and your customer service person got right back to me and corrected it for me. Wonderful customer service. I have had lots of trouble with other companies with regards to this same thing - Body Firm being to name one. So Zezza was very good and kind. thank you very much. I look forward to trying the product to see if I will want more of it. there are just so many on the market it is hard to know if one really works

These products are amazing! These are the first products I have uses that actually work. My skin is softer and visible lines have decreased to almost nothing. This is the FIRST product I have ever used an actually continued. The results are truly amazing!

What made my experience great was the customer service I received from someone named Zezza! She went above and beyond to do her best to help and support any issues I had, and she definitely deserves to be recognized!! She proves they stand behind their product! Something that is missing nowadays, not only in stores but online.

The product line is very well researched and I am looking forward to seeing the results myself.I had issues with the customs and duty fees on my first order and they have worked to eliminate that problem by opening a Canadian distribution center…just received my first order from the new location and had no customs or duty charges…thank you inblair💕👍

Delivery time , customer service and packaging are not what I am looking for ! I expect good customer service prompt delivery and good packaging ! I want to know if the product is effective and value for money ..

So impressed with their Customer service! I was dealing with Zeeza , I reached out to see if the product was on the way and she tracked for me and emailed as soon as I received. For me that’s going an extra mile and much appreciated. I have to try the product now .
