I bought the Texture Extractor and can not download the file. I sent a message but the same, no licence. no program, meaning that I spent $15.00 in a program that I can not use. The same happens with the Gift Make.

I subscribed to two subscriptions
I subscribed to two subscriptions. The code didn't work in the app. I followed all the necessary steps, including deleting the app and downloading the professional version, but unfortunately, when I enter the code, I get a message saying the filler is invalid and cannot be removed. This is extremely frustrating.

We don't send expired keys , and also we didn't receive your Emails make sure to send it to support@imvuksa.com , or you can talk to one of our support on discord or telegram.
Change of subscription fee
When i purchased 1 year subscription for PE, you charged 75$, and now you reduced to 50$. Even when my 1 year subscription has not ended yet. I expected refund for extra charge only, or extension of subscription at least.

Has been SO HELPFUL!
Honestly thought this was fake because I downloaded the wrong version but I took a chance at emailing them about it and they got back to me as quickly as possible with a solution and more! Also, If you’re going to use extractor, I’d change things up even if it’s just a little. Don’t get caught up yall lol.
