Joe from Improving Moving was amazing. He literally saved the day when another local removals company let us down at the last minute, leaving us panicked and upset. We were recommended Improving Moving by our estate agent and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Joe contacted us and came out the same evening to our home to quote and make sure our move went ahead. He was friendly and reassuring in a time of stress. His price was competitive and reasonable. The team on the day (including Joe) were efficient and things ran smoothy. We made it into our new home with the much appreciated help from Joe and Improving Moving.

From the outset, giving us a quotation through to unloading that last box off the vehicle, Joe gave an exceptional service. He and his wonderful team literally took the stress out of what is often a highly stressful process of moving house. The complications - such as awkward front yard stairs just didn't phase the team - they took it in their stride and made the process seamless and - dare I say it - enjoyable!!

Nothing was too much trouble - Joe dismantled and then reconstructed our main wardrobe at both ends of the move and was very accommodating when we had to revise our moving date.

We can honestly say that we are delighted that Joe and his team were with us at the start of this new chapter in our lives - thank you really isn't enough. We had a great moving experience with Joe's team and felt they went above and beyond. Unfortunately Joe himself was unwell on the day, but the guys he sent were all excellent. Even some quite tricky furniture moves were done with a smile and a can-do attitude. They really made the experience as chill and stress free as possible. There was one wardrobe that they couldn't quite get up the stairs at our new place, but Joe himself came over a few days later and managed it by taking the doors off and then putting it back together. We really appreciated this extra effort!

Joe moved us from Yorkshire to Buckinghamshire earlier this year. The move was complex, with additional pick ups and drop offs en route.
