Joe was in good communication throughout our booking and always on hand for prospective moving dates. On the day of the move everything went smoothly and his team worked hard to get our belongings to our new home safely and in good time.

Absolutely faultless. The moving vehicles couldn’t get on the drive due to a tree branch and the guys carried the boxes in from the road (in the rain). Joe from Improving Moving was amazing. He literally saved the day when another local removals company let us down at the last minute, leaving us panicked and upset. We were recommended Improving Moving by our estate agent and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. We were concerned as we had masses of garden stuff to be brought down lots of steep steps but they didn’t bat an eyelid and just got on with it. Highly recommend this company to take care of your house removals. They were professional and friendly and made what can be a highly stressful situation into a comfortable one. We needed to move furniture out a few days before the move and they even helped us with this. Our house move went smoothly, and a huge part of that was down to these guys.

From the outset, giving us a quotation through to unloading that last box off the vehicle, Joe gave an exceptional service. He and his wonderful team literally took the stress out of what is often a highly stressful process of moving house. The complications - such as awkward front yard stairs just didn't phase the team - they took it in their stride and made the process seamless and - dare I say it - enjoyable!!

Nothing was too much trouble - Joe dismantled and then reconstructed our main wardrobe at both ends of the move and was very accommodating when we had to revise our moving date.

We can honestly say that we are delighted that Joe and his team were with us at the start of this new chapter in our lives - thank you really isn't enough. We had so many laughs with them on the day - and they got the job done to a fantastic standard. Do we recommend Improving Moving Brighouse? - ABSOLUTELY!!!

We had a great moving experience with Joe's team and felt they went above and beyond. Unfortunately Joe himself was unwell on the day, but the guys he sent were all excellent. Even some quite tricky furniture moves were done with a smile and a can-do attitude. They really made the experience as chill and stress free as possible. There was one wardrobe that they couldn't quite get up the stairs at our new place, but Joe himself came over a few days later and managed it by taking the doors off and then putting it back together. We really appreciated this extra effort!
