Was very pleased with imperial grass. They were able to do the job quickly on time and on budget
The results exceeded my expectations
Have used other companies in the past but would definitely use again

Located Imperial Grass through Bark.com. They were more than happy to exchange calls and texts to ensure we covered all my requirement for new Artificial grass to be installed. As for the team who installed it well just fantastic. They continued to check I was happy. Glad to see the back of my old lawn and my new one looks amazing. Could not recommend this company highly enough.

Great experience all around, communication was always very professional, the work was done on time and they did a great job including attention to detail. Would recommend.

I’d been let down by another company on the Friday morning, found Imperial grass in the afternoon, the lady on the phone was so helpful and was able to give me an appointment for the next day ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT 🤩
The two guys who came to do the work were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, turned up within the appointment time, fitted the artificial grass on my balcony, tidied up, put some of the plant pots back in place, couldn’t have asked for more.
Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job ⭐ ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was impressed at the cost and efficiency of work carried out. I would highly recommend them.

Thoroughly professional engagement. Job done quickly, courteously, and to a high standard. A great experience; I wholeheartedly recommend Imperial Grass.

Very professional service, efficient and great customer engagement.

Would recommend them 100%

Amazing work. Quick and efficient and very friendly.

We couldn’t be happier with our installation of artificial grass!! The crew worked incredibly hard to get it all in and done in two days. Our garden is not rectangular and required a lot of extra effort from quoting to installation. The guys turned up on time, stayed til it was done, and cleaned up beautifully.

Had the guys visit for a quote which came back at a very good price and they were able to start the job very soon after. Two round lads Jean and Vinicius, very polite and great working ethic. Nothing was too much and they worked at great pace. Fantastic job and very clean and tidy. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service & value

Excellent service from ordering to installation. Really pleased with the grass and a massive improvement to our garden. Installed in less than a day and the team worked really hard and it was a scorching day. All tidied up after too. Thank you!

Amazing!!!
The guys was very friendly, looks amazing, the missus loves it, everytime she walks past the garden door and sees it, she smiles. It should've taken 2 days but they got it done in 1 day and ours is a big garden so we are very impressed. Came early morning and didn't stop till they finished early afternoon. So really happy about the work ethic. Most importantly the product is quality and looks amazing. The product comes in one piece so none of that patchy business. They make sure that the bottom is properly layered, covered and evened out to help with drainage and prevent weed growth.

Done a fantastic job. Really happy with the overall finish and look of the Astro turf

I recently had Imperial Artificial Grass install turf at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and delivered exactly what they promised.

A special mention goes to Neeru, whose exceptional professionalism and friendly service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She patiently answered all my questions, offered helpful suggestions, and ensured that every detail was taken care of.

I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Im very pleased with the work professionally done and on time will recommend

Excellent experience from start till end. Lady on the phone was extremely helpful - listened to my concerns and came up with solutions.
Once I booked the date was confirmed straightaway and it was a week from booking which was amazing.
Roberto and another guy (sorry didn’t catch his name) arrived in the morning, worked tirelessly in the 30 degree heat and finished late afternoon. They were polite, cane up with suggestions and listened to my input.
Definitely recommend using this company!

Quick and efficient response from initial contact and completion. Grass looks amazing. The staff who came to carry out the work, were respectful and came on time. Everything was cleared away and left very clean.

Renan from Imperial grass did an excellent job installing our artificial grass. He explained each step of the process clearly, was punctual and professional throughout, and delivered exactly what we were hoping for. The final result looks clean, natural, and child-friendly — just what we needed. Everything was tidied up beautifully at the end, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Renan and the team at Imperial grass for their quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Excellent service quick clean and tidy garden looks amazing

This company is fraudulent. I went with them initially because their website looked good and they seemed professional and friendly. However they totally screwed up and made a mess. I was confused so looked further and most of their TrustPilot reviews are fakes. (Look at the wording - they are a copy and paste job taking from other sites or using AI). Even the website is a copy of other artificial grass sites.

So beware.... they'll sound great but you'll be ripped off and their guarantee isn't worth a thing. Complain and they'll say it's your fault that things went wrong - not that their installation was crap. And if you complain further they'll tell you to eff off. Trouble is trading standards don't help either. (The date I've put was the installation date - I've given up chasing up on them).
