Amazing!!! At first, I was hesitant to place an order online with a company that was out of state. I contacted them and they helped me every step of the way. They sent me quote with proof, explained every detail. Gave me a completion date and it arrived early. Words can not express the professionalism and the end product was exactly what we ordered and wanted. I would defiantly recommend them and I will continue do all my signage need with this company. You will not regret it!!!!!

I had an issue with my sign, however, they ultimately resolved the problem.

The final product was beautiful and based on the final product, they deserve 5-stars. However, getting the issue resolved was painful. Mutiple phone calls and emails went nowhere and this is why I can't raise the review to 5-stars.

However, when they finally stepped up, they paid for return shipping and did a great job fixing the problem - the sign is beautiful. It was a frustrating exercise getting the issue resolved, however, based on the final product, I would try them again.

Both the sales rep and the designer from Impactsigns were responsive and helpful throughout the process of selecting and designing our plaque. We are very proud to hang our plaque to honor Dr. Paul and Doris Rosene.

The service was excellent, and it was just what I ordered. The letters are perfect.

ordered two sprayer faucet combos. parts arrived missing a component. we reached out claiming this not what we ordered. your first response is the normal generic answer. " you obviously ordered the wrong part " because this item.. for example,123456A does not come with a faucet. The item you ordered is 12345B. understanding these were installed by maintenance as soon as they arrived and all relevant packaging however conveniently you may feel, was Unfortunately discarded. We responded the only way we could by providing you folks a copy of the form we use when we buy stuff. it clearly shows the item number we requested. Again for example...item#123456A sprayer and faucet combo. your next reply was " we do not use out side company forms for filling our orders.".. Now to add insult to injury you added, "please find quote for item#12345C. which is the part # of the missing faucet component this is all about. we are a large manufacture. please note...not saying it doesn't happen because we know it does. people will try to get over on you any way possible. however, rather than dispute the customer tooth and nail! to an almost disrespectful overtone. you have to keep an open mind to the possibility that perhaps an oversight did occur. also display some level of common sense with the consumer, that we did not go way out of our way to throw away the only real proof that this did happen and then draft and submit a phony purchase order request form showing it could have possibly happened to save what 80$ :(

My company has had several commemorative plaques produced by Impact Corporate Signs. Their work is impeccable. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Just yesterday I heard from the site manager of the location where the most recent Impact plaque is being installed. The manager pronounced it "beautiful and touching." I recommend Impact highly.

If you need a sign, call this company. They will help you through every step of the process. I created my sign, but when I received the proof, I was unhappy with the spacing. I asked my design assistant (Jesus, with Impact Signs) to redo the proof with different spacing. He created a new proof exactly to my new specifications, but I was still unhappy with the results. I explained that I did not know how to change it to make it look right and asked for his opinion. He created two new proofs and told me which one he liked best and explained why he preferred it. He was absolutely right, and we now have a sign that is gorgeous. This company manufactures beautiful signs, but their greatest success is their customer service!

Easy to work with product is exactly what was specified. Took a bit to get a custom quote back but once we did they process to buy was very smooth.

They were very patient with us as we put in our first order. We had many changes, and they accommodated us and were very quick with responses. We are very happy with our cards!
