We just received our plaque and satisfied by the quality - good material with beautiful details. The customer service by Chad and Turab from the first time I inquired to the arrival of the product was exceptional - quick responses, accurate info and recommendations and excellent attentiveness.

Order process was easy and communication was good. Sign arrived in good shape. There is a problem with the finished sign, and can't get a response back. Ordering online is probably not the best option for this kind of expensive item.

These guys are fantastic to work with. Their web based questions are easy to answer and they are even easier and better to deal with on the phone. I will definitely be using them for additional signs.

We used Impact Signs to help us design and cast two memorial plaques. Living in Nebraska, we were admittedly skeptical/apprehensive about working remotely with a company out of Illinois. These concerns were quickly put to rest. Shannon Fry promptly completed the cost estimates and was very attentive to any questions we had. Our plaque designer, Chad Jordan, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process; he was patient and always kept us updated. The artist (unnamed) who sculpted the clay portrait for the bas relief was incredible; he/she always responded to our call-out descriptions for changes. The plaque was shipped and delivered as expected; honestly, the bas relief turned out better than we could have ever expected. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Impact Signs.
