I had a very poor experience working with this developer. I paid £750 for a storage platform that I never used. They promised me a refund for the unused service, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a single response or refund.

On top of this, they failed to finish my website project, repeatedly delayed timelines, and left me with no choice but to hire a new developer and start the project again from scratch.

Clear communication, professionalism, and honouring agreements are the bare minimum in this industry and unfortunately, this company failed on every count. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid working with them. They also tried to strong arm me but refusing to release my website code and refund for the site they didn’t even build after I paid in full. The sales and project managers are useless to say the least and will avoid anything negative.

We needed a website for our aesthetics clinic, upon posting the request on bark we received so many emails and calls. We selected Imagine Web Studio because there approach was professional and everything was explained properly in detail and they explained the process thoroughly. They delivered the website in just a week which is really very professional and attractive. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Utter shambles AVOID AT ALL COSTS, promised a full website within 4 weeks and 3 months later is a site full of glitches, issues and currently not working at all. I paid for my own server from them and every time they try to fix an issue another issue pops up. The designer I was given was slow and rude and nobody at the shell of a company ever answers the phone or e-mails. They just take your money and farm it overseas to the cheapest and worst quality designers available. HUGE MISTAKE going with this company.

Paid £300 for website and was told it would take two weeks it's been 7 weeks and the person creating the website now reads my messages on WhatsApp for an update when I ask but he doesn't answer. His name i cannot say as truat pilot don't allow it I also paid for monthly hosting of £60 per month but they still haven't created the website so I have paid for hosting and still there's nothing to host ..........I have been ripped off so please read this and take your business else where. So I still don't have a website and they are taking payments for subscription. Don't pay for services from this business Trust pilot asked me to take the names of the people that work for the conoany off my review to protect them. They are also denying any recollection of me paying for their services. So anybody that wants proof they took my money but didn't provide services please email me at asafeplacepodcast@gmail. I have bank statements emails and WhatsApp messages. Don't waste your money. Hard working honest man with 4 children that just wanted a website created for my psychotherapy services helping people struggling with their mental.health
