Ordered lighting 0n 30/1 still no response to when I'll be getting my order: money has been taken and now i can't get in touch nor get my money back or cancel the order!!Terrible company please stay clear! There contact form does not give any really indication of how your order is progressing other than its waiting supply!

Had a good experience, no problems with delivery, probably expected slightly longer as know these items are shipped overseas, but was as expected, was dispatched in about 7 days. Happy with the light. Just put through a second order, let's hope my experience is as good as the first.

Ordered 4 lights. Tried to add on 1 more but was refused so ordered the extra 1 separately . The order for one arrived promptly tbf, but the order for 4 was cancelled and refunded without any notification to me. These lights are shipped from overseas and customer service is appalling. No apology or explanations - just very short blunt messages. I was told i could reorder the 4 lights but i won't be spending any more money with this company and would recommend others to go elsewhere

Having read some of the reviews I was very hesitant to place an order however I’m very glad I did. All items were received within 10 days with tracking details provided. Whilst the goods arrived on separate days the parcel force delivery driver advised that this was due to the customs process as opposed to the sender distributing them separately.
All items were well packed and the quality is fantastic. I ordered two standing lamps and a ceiling light all of which were of high quality and simply to assemble and fit. Overall I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase.
For those who are having second thoughts based on other reviews, I’d say take the plunge as based on my experience this company sells high quality products and has proved to be trustworthy and efficient.

So far no good , ordered lamp 3 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived although this does seem to be an issue with parcel force combined, I’m asking for my money back , don’t bother .. they are not in the uk as you are led to believe, another online s**tshow ! Parcel force however are in the uk and equally a complete s**tshow !

Lamp never arrived !!!! They make our there from the UK,, but there not !!!! i have put a claim in with PayPal, which is the only way I will get my money back !!!! stay well clear of this company, never answered any emails, there is no telephone line to contact them on there website, (I have now found out this is for a reason) !! as they would not be able to handle all the complaints.......

I was very very worried about my order as I stupidly read the reviews after I had placed it … however, my lights have arrived, I didn’t have to pay any import charges, and no breakages !
I did email the company after discovering they were based in Germany and not the UK, as their email address implies, highlighting that my order confirmation specifically said FREE DELIVERY and I was not going to pay any additional import charges (as it appears some other customers have had to do ). They replied same day. These charges never materialised, but their customer services did say if I received a letter from Parcelforce I should send them an image and they would refund any additional charges, which I thought was very fair, so I’m happy 🙂

AWFUL COMPANY AND SERVICE!

Placed an order, money debited immediately, no tracking information provided by the company, no response after filling out the contact form half a dozen times, and the telephone number for support goes straight to answerphone.

Avoid like the plague - no item which I paid for, no response and out of pocket!

this is a german company in koln who use numerous country web names to have you thinking they trade from your country

promised tracking didn't happen but made life just that bit awkward

THANKFULLY ... as it wasn't a company id dealt with before i paid via paypal

after two weeks not hearing anything i asked for details they sent an email back in german translating to out of service please fill out attached form ... also in german ... i filled it best i can and returned ... again no news

so i used this info to request my money back via paypal after two weeks no information.... within 2 days they paid paypal ... my refund came thru' quickly

No problems whatsoever. Arrived in 8 days, very well packaged. Brilliant quality product.
The company is based in Germany but there were no customs charges, our order was for 2 lights totalling £380

Looking for some lighting after and after searching the internet came across this company, the company is presented as a UK based enterprise but this is not the case, similar lighting was available from other suppliers but decided to go with this company as they were offering free delivery which was true but the kicker is that the company is a Germany based enterprise and anything you order WILL be subject to customs and excise duty which for my order was an additional £52 payable before the goods would be released, I have no issues with the goods I have received so cannot comment on the customer services but I feel the way their web site is designed is a little bit misleading intentionally or not I am unsure SO BUYERS BEWARE, A CUSTOMS COST WILL BE INCURRED ON ANY ORDERS PLACED !!

Ordered lights which one of the glass fittings turned up broken . Lights were decent quality for the money but obviously couldn't be used. Returned the lights and got a refund with no issues . Very slow with returning emails and getting refund . Took about 3 weeks with no direct line to contact, may feel like you are being scammed but it is just very slow in email responses

I made an order on 7.04., nothing still arrived on 18.04.

I came on here to write a great review and was shocked to see such bad reviews as my experience with them has been great. There was an issue with the lamp that arrived however it was dealt with immediately and favourably. I would have no hesitation in using them again

Like many other reviews. Ordered several items and some (Bulbs were partly incorrect and not what was ordered) The most expensive item (Lamp) didn't arrive.
Phone number, doesn't answer and directs to online support. Used this several times and no reply. Taken money, but not delivered goods. Would steer well clear of ordering from this site.

I seem to be yet another customer dissatisfied in the companies returns policy and how little communication they give. We ordered a floor lamp which arrived in a massive box despite it being flat pack and needing to be fully assembled. The protective packaging was minimal which meant the lamp was damaged on arrival. Immediately went to see how to return the item but struggled to see how to raise a return. Emailed the company three times through the returns page yet still no response from the company. Just a shame as the lamp was really lovely just not paying nearly £200 for a lamp that’s damaged and unusable.

After reading some reviews on here I was worried and wanted to cancel my order
But after 6 days my delivery arrived... perfect packaging everything wrapped excellent
No import fee was given to me
Yes it came with plug adaptor but I'm so happy with the lamp
I will 100% use this company again

Ordered x2 hanging lights. Bulbs arrived a few weeks later, however metal bars the most important part didn’t arrive. Tried to contact customer service, no response. Paid import vat about £68, but not received full product. Awful. Avoid.
