Fast delivery and good products. Only downfall is I did send an email and never had a response. Other than that all good and pool liner as described bar the slight difference in design internally.
Customer service is shocking. They have had the returned items nearly two weeks, will not reply to returns emails. And have not refunded the purchase amount.
I ordered the incorrect liner for my pool. Thankfully a lovely lady realised and contacted me straight away and she was able to get the warehouse to send me the correct one. Fantastic customer servic... Mehr ansehen

Always fantastic service
Always fantastic service. Our trampoline has lasted 7 years and we can still find spares from here even after all that time when parts need replaced through general wear and tear. Delivery always fast.

I ordered the wrong Net for my trampoline to start with, I emailed to getvthings sorted and all was sorted within a couple of days and my new net arrived and is now on the trampoline and the grandchildren are back on it having fun

can't register product for warranty
The product itself was ok, but when it came to registering the product on their website (we bought it from Argos), they didn't have the product we purchased listed. Emailed them about it, they didn't respond. Communication with customers very poor.

The replacement parts for the trampoline arrived promptly. One plastic part which needs replacing only seems to come as part of a bundle with but for that it would be 5 stars.
