Not a problem with your product but the delivery.. the postman put the package in the recycling box and it wasn’t until a week later we found it luckily

While we're relieved that the package was eventually found, it certainly isn't ideal that it was placed in the recycling box. We will pass your feedback on to the delivery provider to help prevent similar issues in the future.
Worth noting for future orders that all our orders are sent using a tracked delivery service that includes proof-of-delivery photographs, which can be helpful in identifying where a parcel has been left if it is not immediately found :)

It could upset the stomach.
I have only taken the B Complex at the moment but I’m afraid it has given me an upset stomach. I also don’t like the taste of them and it leaves a horrible after taste although someone says it doesn’t with them. I am sorry I had to write this but it just doesn’t agree with me and I am worried I can’t take the other bottles of different pills either.

While our Super B-Complex is formulated to be gentle and well-tolerated, using clean ingredients with no artificial additives, we do appreciate that sensitivities can occasionally occur, particularly when introducing high-strength B vitamins for the first time. For those with sensitive stomachs, we generally recommend taking the capsules with food, as this may help reduce the likelihood of gastrointestinal discomfort.
We would also like to reassure you that the product has been extensively quality tested and is safe to use as directed. However, individual responses to supplements can vary, and we completely understand your concern following this experience.
