Doberman Blanket
I bought a cute doberman fleece blanket. I was excited to give it to my sister in law who has a doberman. However, I was so disappointed when I received the blanket. It said it was fleece but it is lighter than a sweatshirt. It is also so small it wouldn't even cover 1 person.
Beware of the return policy. Read the description carefully because you can only get a refund if the shipment is damaged or the blanket is misprinted.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Only received a confirmation email. No other updates on my purchase. I have emailed the support email twice with no response. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. Do not recommend ordering from this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.
Last Update, Nov 27 2021: they wrote back (2 days, even during busier times… weird eh?) and confirmed:
- they made a few errors in the last email
- the shipping unit is overloaded and sorry to inform me that this order was lost on the way to me.
- that I’d get a refund
- Offering me a measly 10% discount if I place another order (PS: it’s the same code I already had when I signed up to their email). That is some next-level poor customer experience!!!!
Update, Nov 25 2021: i received an email from the seller, addressed to the wrong name, saying they were cancelling the order and providing a refund. Minutes later, I received a 3rd tracking number from PayPal for this order. So now I don’t know if I’m getting a refund or what I ordered. I have written back to the seller, asking for clarification. I will update this review, if/when they write back. Until then, I STRONGLY suggest you avoid this seller.
Original review: So many red flags. I do not recommend this company. Ordered a canvass on Oct 24th. One month later, still not received.
No issues with ordering. Link to track shipping gave error 502 (bad gateway) to tracking.canawan.com. Every communication received contained this bad link. Customer service provided an alt link. No update on the package from Nov 13 to now (Nov 24). Customer service isn’t replying to emails either. Last one sent 4 days ago, still nothing back from them.
Did I just get scammed out of 178$?

Avoid at all costs ordered a blanket believing it would take 10 days still sat waiting a month later total joke tracking says it’s in China advertised as coming from USA stay well away don’t even reply to you’re messages spread the word these are con artists.First of all it was delivered yesterday which was the 26th October approximately 2 weeks late,it took days for you to reply which left me none the wiser,this was bought for a birthday gift and arrived a week after the birthday so completely useless and faulse delivery info in my eyes and now you only reply to this comment because it has finally arrived 2weeks later than it should of been trying to dig you’re way out of this now is to little too late next you will blame Covid,you should add to you’re website that delivery’s may take 2 weeks longer so allow that before ordering,I’m sure you won’t though and carry on messing people about and lying about where the item actually comes from ordered in the USA and sent from China what a joke

I inadvertently just clicked on the fifth star thinking I was leaving a 5 star review. It only registered as a 1 star which was not what I wanted. This will hopefully rectify that problem and give the item the 5 stars it deserves.

This is absolutely the worst company !! I purchached a canvas print from them which took over a week to get and once I finally did receive it the quality was horrible ! I contacted customer service by email and waited days for a response. When they finally did respond they wanted to see picture of the problem areas so I sent the pictures they requested. Then after going back and forth with emails they finally decided to refund $10 of the $70 I paid for the canvas and said they couldn't control the way the picture looked. Now they want me to keep this crappy picture that I can't use because the quality is so bad. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company !!!!!!

I ordered and paid for an item on the 10/8/21, As yet I have not received any form of confirmation that my order has been placed, no invoice or receipt of my payment. I sent an email to them on the 22/8/21 chasing up the situation but have still not had a reply.
