…faulty scooters

Got a faulty scooter only lasted a week. Tried to get in contact with them they would only reply once a day so it took about a week to get a replacement part and even then it didn't work. Then tried to get them to send a return label which took about a week they didn't seem to want to send me one. Kept getting automated messages. Very frustrating and when I returned it and was supposed to get a refund they didn't refund it even though they have the scooter. One of the worst decisions I made as I have dealt with them for over 2 months trying to get it resolved. Now having to get a dispute to get my money back. Such an awful company.

I purchased the scooter

I purchased the scooter, and from day one I had problems, at first customer service was very helpful, but after several times of replacing the throttle and the brake levers the scooter still does not function properly. and now the charger stopped working, I've tried several times to get a refund, but they just kept saying that I need to purchase more items for scooter to see if that helps. so frustrating with this customer service.

People pay attention to these poor reviews

Customer care worst company to buy from, brought a scooter 9 days ago and scooter came with some issues the handbars screw on parts were threaded so couldn't get one of the handlebars on and was told to replace handlebars when I told company...

I mean if u order a scooter and u want to use it and have it 9 days not being able to use it and youve waited for it then the company reply and say werebon Holiday and change the handlebars I'm gobsmacked.
Secondly I now noticed the back tyre is flat so thought ill try pump it up but the park u put any kind of pump into is inside the wheel and u couldn't get it out if u tried . So dispute is only way fwd and what a ball ache to go thru for something u pay alot of money for and and want to use and have to deal with a company like this,

Maybe some have had good experianc but not me and looks like some other had same problem . Leave it with paypal now.

Update. I waited a over a month for this case to be resolved the only resolution the company offered me wad a replacement innertube and a video tutorial of how to change the handlebars which was pointless as they were threaded. I left it to pay pal provided all the nessessery pictures and emails and only the very last day of the dispute they messaged me and asked me to end the dispute and return scooter , I say no way hose but I did get the scooter returned to then and was refunded but not becaue they wanted to or in any way shape or form wanted to help me.
Honestly and not over advadgerating worst company I've ever dealt with no customer care and if it wasn't thru PayPal I'd be stuck in the mud.

People I urge u not to use this company.

Service après vente peu réactif, descriptif mensonger

Service après vente peu réactif. Pas en français. Les caractéristiques mentionnées sur leur site de vente sont erronées. La trottinette Aokda pèse 21 kg 400 alors qu'elle est annoncée à moins de 20 kg. Beaucoup d’imperfections de cette petite trottinette. Mais le service n'est pas vraiment efficace. Ils sont probablement conscients des faiblesses de leur produit et ne savent rien faire pour remédier à la situation. Je déconseille et la trottinette et le service après vente.

Worst bike I ever bought. Customer service wack. Sent with bent rim won't get back to me put stop payment on it. I definitely recommend you avoid

Update: they did send out replacement part it still was bent. Im not at all happy with bike its a pile of junk but they did send part so now I give them 2 stars instead of 1 not very helpful

Extemely Poor customer service

I have tried to reach ienyrid on ao many occasions that's it's exhausting. I wouldn't recommend buying directly from them if you want good customer service. Go through Amazon or something because they can't ignore you that way. As far as the product it's ok but the product came with issues that I had to replace by myself out of pocket, also I had a concern about the milage because it doesn't last as far as it claims and I still haven't heard from them.

IT BROKE IN 4 MONTHS - THE WARRANTY DOESN'T WORK - TERRIBLE AFTER-SALES SERVICE

I bought an AOKDA A1 scooter and received it on 12/7/24. On 5/11/24 (four months later) I was using it as usual to go to work when it cut off the acceleration and suddenly stopped after 10 minutes. An error appeared on the display (E-10). I contacted the after-sales service and received a response stating that I would have to replace the accelerator display and that, to my surprise, this part was not covered by the one-year warranty. I had to pay $55 for a new part and, to make matters worse, when the part arrived I replaced it and the ERROR CONTINUES. The scooter I had before lasted 2.5 years and I only changed it because the brakes were no longer good and I needed to change the battery. Looking for a new one, I found Aokda and fell in love, and that's why I changed brands. I was happy with the Aokda, its performance is good, but how is it possible for a scooter to have a problem after 4 months of use and for the after-sales support to make me buy a part that would not solve my problem? DO NOT BUY A SCOOTER FROM iENYRID. They have a ridiculously short lifespan, the after-sales service is terrible and they just want to make you spend more money instead of actually helping you solve the problem.

Poor customer service

had some problems getting the scooter clicking into the upright position, so I contacted customer service thru their chat link. Got a response the next day. Their suggestion did not fix the problem, and after messaging back and forth, with a response from customer service to the following day, I finally asked for a phone number. They sent me a number for Whats App, a Chinese number. I sent a request to this number to link up on Whats App, but got no response. It took about a week to finally solve a problem that could have been resolved in 2 minutes with normal customer support.
The manual for the seat assembly was for different type seat. I figured out how to put it together thanks to a YouTube video.

Perfect for my commute!

I was hesitant to try an electric scooter, but the scooter I bought from the ienyrid has really surprised me. It runs smoothly, handles well, and gets me to and from work with no issues. My commute is only two miles, and this scooter is so convenient. I also ride it to the park, or when camping with family, it’s even become a favorite for my kids! They often help us with quick errands, saving us lots of time. I’m really happy with my choice.

Bought two scooters for my kids and…

Bought two scooters for my kids and soon as the seats were attached they drove them and the both broke literally the same time. Funny the company wanted to charge me for shipping items and not more worried about a dangerous issue with their manufacturing. Then within a few weeks after that I’ve had to replace tires. Caliper fell off one and my son crashed after locking up first. Now my other son was riding and his whole handle bar detached. Customer service is SOOO bad. Don’t expect them to take responsibility for the junk they sell. Don’t expect responses. They then sent me an email now after multiple days they will “quote” me on the issues I sent from the videos as explained above. My twins used them for work and the reason for the purchase and I’ve still had to drive them most of the time because of the issues and now I’m out 1200
Beware and run away.
At least with hiboy it was a little better of customer service and they actually responded

I got a return scooter although I paid full price for brand new. Missing components. No tools. Fixtures missing. Bottom of seat post had been taken off. No fixtures to put it back on. 4 days and emails back and forth to support…”the box was weighed before being sent and it was the correct weight” and “here’s an assembly video. Video shows scooter with bottom of seat post already attached to the base.
Frustrating. Unhelpful. Spoiled the experience really. I wouldn’t buy from them again. Should have come on here first to check.

very BAD company.

very BAD company.
I bought the new M4 from it's site.
It has arrived faulty/damaged with handlebar not alligned with front wheel and I wrote them immediately.
They want that I fix the problem by miself and ignored that I'll loose the warranty!
I want to return back item and be refunded but the support make many problems and disappeared.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM! is a risk if your item is faulty or damaged.
Support exist only for purchase after that literally DISSAPPEAR.
VERY BAD COMPANY...TOTALLY AVOID TO BUY FROM THEM

Product has potential, poor customer service

The scooter rides well and is fast as advertised. However, when attempting to change out from the seat bracket to the heel bracket both of the screws were either applied with locktite, over torqued, or cross threaded into place. One snapped off and the other stripped out. I contacted the company about this and they completely ignored my attempt to contact them via email, while on the other hand they were very quick to respond for purchase verification and another email regarding tracking. My assumption is to void my attempt at a hassle free return within 14 days. I would say if you want to risk a faulty scooter with shady customer service, who lack integrity, then this is the product for you.

B6 NOT A GREAT BIKE

received my bike order quite late. was not told a reason why just seemed wouldn't ship it until i made a scene about it on review about them being a scam, suddenly shipped after that ( surprise surprise )

the b6 bike itself is beautiful. BUT!
just about everything is wrong with it.
the font wheel is misaligned causing a constant scraping sound that won't stop. and can't be corrected.

the handlebars wont turn right correctly and seem stuck.
the throttle that's is meant to be on the bike when purchasing. has been removed and you have to put it on yourself.

this has ended as impossible and the video tutorials are totally unhelpful.
don't show how to do it properly.
so i can't get the throttle on now. so bike pretty useless for intended purpose.

upon asking for help from company i get sent the same video that's was unhelpful. i confirmed i am still unable to do it and their are lots of issues popping up with the bike.
and they then ignored me.

guess it's knows that this bike is pretty bad or something.
currently have a useless unusable bike.

( The amount of phone calls and messages I sent for help regarding this bike. No response at all. And they answer here just to look like they have good customer service 😂 joke )

Bike still buggered and upon testing battery lasted half and hour on slow.

Don't recommend this bike at all. Awful

Regarding the problem that the throttle handle is not installed.
Please note: electric bicycles with throttles are not legal in the UK, and customs will not release them during customs clearance inspection, so the throttle handle needs to be installed by yourself.
Regarding the problem of tire friction, please make sure the tire is installed correctly.
