DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Shoddy faulty goods! Had the scooter a month and the rear engine broke, contacted company, sent pics, video and description of issue, paid £90 for replacement, only for them to send… a front motor!!! Three months later and a couple of hundred pounds repairs from a scooter shop and after 2 months use the back wheel came off taking the motor with it which caused my son to injure himself in the process. Demanded a refund as clearly faulty and dangerous. Ienyrid asked for videos etc and have replied- no joke with these exact words “ Dear you have been using the scooter for 8 months with a broken engine” AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Still trying to get a reply from original seller - IENYRID UK! Awful customer service, just denying they sold the faulty scooter!!

Great Scooter!

This scooter has blown my expectations away! I did extensive research before making this purchase. This is my 3rd scooter I've purchased but my 1st dual motor. I must say, this thing hauls! Max speed on screen showed 38, GPS on phone read 34. Super sturdy. Larger then I expected. Handles great. Finger throttle is touchy. In dual motor it wants to just take off. I rode 10 miles in mostly single motor gear 3 and it didn't drop 1 battery bar! Looking forward to taking longer trips. Make sure to tighten all major bolts and check your brakes!

Purchased brand new scooter and arrives with a damaged parts so no way of attaching handlebars. Returns policy states if not consumer fault then no costs to return but despite this company tried to charge in excess of £170.
Offered £10 refund despite the fact it has now cost £80 to get fixed, a brand new product. Don’t be duped pay a bit more and get a Service as the more consumers continue to fill the company pockets the longer they exist!

Note I have never been satisfied with the compensation of £20 when it has cost nearly £100 to fix despite this be alluded to!

Thought I’d give the iENYRID m4 pro s+ max long range a go. And I’m so glad I did. The scooter is great. The speed is fine. The range the scooter will go is perfect. Very well built & delivery was super quick. 10/10 thank you.

Ienyrid ES1 electric scooter

Well it's been 2 weeks since I ordered my es1 and I still haven't received it. Communication is very slow and they beat around the bush and never give you a straight forward answer. As of this moment I still do not have a delivery date. I ordered it through Walmart. com and I have them looking into it as well. I'm giving them 48 more hours and then I will take my business elsewhere. Very unhappy

Don't buy from ienyrid

Brought what we thought was a good scooter from ienyrid. It arrived not working we contacted ienyrid and they sent me a video of how to set th scooter up .but as I own E scooter I already know how to set it up.i contacted ienyrid again via email in china and they are not bothering to help us so we are left with a Brocken scooter we can't use and we are a thousand bucks out of pocket . beware before you buy from ienyrid scooters they scam you .I wouldn't recommend buying a scooter from them.

DO NOT BUY THESE SCOOTERS , i bought brand new the M4 pro plus , after 6 rides the front wheel bearing seized went thru one fight after another getting a new rim . then six more rides and the rear wheel broke , they ( ienyrid people ) shoved the tire stem so deep inside the rim it popped the tire , cost me 240 dollars to fix . just went for a ride and this piece of garbage that is only three months old with only 197 kilometers on it would only go barely ten miles in just standard mode .....DO NOT BUY FROM IENYRID .

UPDATE# DONT BUY THIS SCOOTER CHEAP CHINESE PARTS AND POOR QUALITY. AND TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYERS BEWARE.,!!! I Brought an Ienyrid ES60 Scooter arrived on time but when I took it out the box the rear mudguard was broken so I couldn't attach it and the headset handle bar was faulty so it wobbles back and forth even after you tighten it so I cant ride it I have tried contacting Ienryd via email and WhatsApp but no reply it seems I am left with a faulty scooter and £1000 out of pocket I am so disappointed as ienryd say that have great customer service support I will keep trying and update.your customer service needs improving.i have spoke to ienyrid and they are sending me a new mudguard which is good thank you ienyrid but the loose head set I had to fix at a cost of£50 to myself and my time so disappointed in ienyrid as I sent them the videos of the headset via there what's app number but they just didn't want to take responsibility so I wouldn't recommend buying an ienyrid product.also I don't like leaving bad reviews for anything if the company would just reach out and replace the scooter I would be more than happy.

I want to give iEnyrid company 5 stars for quality

The unit came with a factory faulty CPU / computer unit. That can even happen with a brand new car or motorcycle! Their Support is stellar and they sent me a new computer unit with air mail and tracking number. Days later my e-scooter is now working like new again.

I highly recommend iEnyrid to any new e-scooter owner. Would I buy again? Yes.

Some people have been complaining about screws getting loose. Just like a motorcycle you want to do a monthly tune-up and tighten all screws and loops. This includes the holder screw for the headlight.

Deceptive, Unethical, and Violating Consumer Rights

This company is fraudulent and deceptive. They falsely claimed my order had shipped when it had not, then refused a full refund despite their own return policy stating otherwise. They attempted to keep part of my payment without cause, which is unlawful under FTC regulations and constitutes deceptive business practices. I’ve reported them to my bank, the FTC, and Shop. Avoid this company — they are dishonest, misleading, and engage in bad faith transactions.

The "warranty" they offer is a complete SCAM!

UPDATE: After I left my review and the company responded to my review, no one contacted me. I reached out to them yet again and after 3 days they sent me an email that simply said "We have to wait for the factory. Can you wait?" I reiterate my original review. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!! They make plenty of claims but don't follow through with any of them!

I spent over $800 on a scooter that I bought directly from iEnyrid. After a a few weeks of use the handle broke. I reached out for warranty, and they offered self repair videos. When those didn't work, they offered to replace the handle bar if I paid $25 shipping. I paid it and almost a month later, they sent me a plastic plug and a piece of wire instead of the handle bar. When I questioned them, they stopped responding. Every message you send them takes between 1 day and 1 week to get a response until they just stop responding all together. The "warranty" they offer is a complete SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Terrible build quality,I bought an m4…

Terrible build quality,I bought an m4 pro last year and these things literally just fall apart. The bolts thread on pretty much everything Handle bars, suspension kit, the foot rest bolt snapped off when trying to put the seat on, which has left the bolt lodged in the frame. Cheap quality break pads, had to replace my throttle within a few months as they stick due to being made from cheap plastic. Customer service is terrible etc. I’d advise to buy from Another company with better build quality and customer service. AVOID

Do not buy from this company, if you have to do it throw PayPal or your not getting your money back

Generally electric scooter by Ienyrid are reasonable prices. Quality good, BUT the customer service is terrible. They don't respond to emails to let you know they've read them. They don't explain what they are telling you and aren't contact able by phone. I need this part. You'd think they'd have a stock of them. I'm not asking for stock of an outdated model. They didn't tell me it was out of stock till I made a charge back complaint via PayPal which they ask me to close without giving me a date when this item will be shipped to me! I can't unlock my scooter without this part! Surely it doesn't take 25 days to get it! I'm still waiting after a month! Don't buy as spare part are impossible to get apparently.waiting May 29 2025

Edit update: I accept the apology, an acknowledgement that communication wasn't the best and all really wanted was the parts . We have two ES60 and a m4pro that we've not had problems with. The replacement parts are due to my wife crashing it not the build quality.
