I would like to express my great appreciation for Vinod!!!! I was going crazy for hours trying to figure out a flight plan that would work out to have 2 arrivals meet close to the same date and times and departures also at a reasonable price. Vinod was very understanding of my situation and was so patient with me through out the whole process then also took the time to walk me through the booking process!!! A big 5 stars to this man! I booked my tickets via this site. The airline cancelled the flight, IEagle did not tell me until I called them. It was very hard to understand their English with heavy Indian accent and they did not return my email or phone call based on what they promised. I had to proactively call them to get updates. They were not helpful in finding alternative flights. I had to tell them what flights were available after my own research. I won't use them again even their price might be cheaper.

I have been an iEagle customer for some time and they are undoubtedly the most competitive airfare providers. This time iEagle and especially two of their staff members, Kumar and Sidhartha - two of the most professional men I have ever had the opportunity to talk to - worked tirelessly on my complex reservation. Handling of the reservation was most professional, and I was always treated with respect. Someone was always available to talk to, which is very rare with other travel agents. Cemented my decision to keep using iEagle.

I found ieagle thru Kayak website and am very pleased with their service.
we had a family emergency and grateful to get cheapest price to fly from Maui to Manila Jan. 11 to Feb. 13, 2019.
Also, Sandeep and Kumar helped me get refund for $82.00 overpayment.
Minor problem was we could not get seat assignment till day before our flight, but JAL gave us great seats anyway since checked in at the airport 4 hours before the flight.
Will definitely book with them next flight.

I have used IEagle two times in the past year. They had the lowest price and worked very well with me. I see some issues with people about the use of this travel agency but you have to be proactive in all your travel. After booking, you must do other things. Call the companies that you are traveling with and confirm your booking. Reserve your seats with those airlines and check countries you are visiting. The best thing to do is also get on any airlines program and put it into your travel. Check to make sure your seats are the ones you want on the airlines website. This travel agency will get you the best price and the best itinerary, hands down. But here is a little bit of reality for all travelers. You have to put some work into your travels. I plan my trips. I research seats, airlines, have most airlines mileage programs, and keep a current passport. Be prepared and quit thinking because you just got a good deal, they are going to do everything, including wiping your butt for you. This is a good and reputable company. Use them.
