Just want to say first off if you are trying to call and email and start to become skeptical be patient and try to wait for response because this happened to me. I got nervous I thought they are not a legit company called my credit card and stopped payment. But promised me that it is legit and I can still go on my trip. It was GAYATHRI that was so ever patient and her Supervisor. Sorry I forgot his name. But to make the story short. They are legit. I departed May 17,2022 to the Philippines and came back to the US yesterday.
This is the least I can do to let others know and also to say "Thank you iEagle" I suggest you do better with your phone. Maybe a quicker response time.
I will check you again if I need another ticket.

Your automated call machine was very misleading and deceptive we've ended up cancelling my flight!!! We asked for good customer service, and asked if I can reinstate my flight, but instead they want to cancel it and rebook my flight with double price. It happened on Friday when they notified us that there was changes of schedule, and that same day we called them. They said they would arrange on Monday and we are hoping that I would get my same flight schedule, but it end up worse than I expected. I've been traveled multiple times for many years, but I never had a bad experience like this before. Very terrible experience. I hope I get refunded, as the reviews show that there aren't many late refunds/none at all for many customers.

Mhutu is fantastic! He has a very good way of communicating with customers with respect and compassion. He is very patient with me. He doesn't show any annoyance when I have to ask him to repeat his questions which I have observed multiple times when I spoke with other agents at iEagle. He also speaks slowly, briefly, and accurately. These are important elements in a successful conversation. GREAT JOB Mhutu!

Osman did a great job assisting me with my inquiries and he managed to send my e-ticket immediately. I also love how he respectfully responded with me unlike the other agents.

I was able to get a non-stop ticket to the Philippines about $450 cheaper than anywhere else. At first I was a bit skeptical, but within 40 minutes I had my airline confirmation numbers and everything went smooth. A majority of the bad reviews I read about this place is due to people trying to change their tickets. If you plan on having to change a ticket then I suggest you don't try to use a travel agency and you book through the airline itself. If you just want a cheap ticket and you know that you are going to travel on the dates that you say then this is definitely the site for you and I'm sure they will beat any other price point you find. As they say, you get what you pay for.

In 2019, I booked an international flight. I broke my ankle in Jan 2020. I told them I want to cancel my flight booked for April 2020. I was told I need to pay a cancellation fee. I was upset about that and I refuse to pay. I just want a refund to help pay my bills. Then COVID hit. I really want to get my refund. I had no recourse but to pay cancellation fee of $75 just so I can get my money back. I paid that Jan 2021.

It’s now Jun 2021, I still have no refunds. I have been promised repeatedly and always always asked to wait for 4 business weeks.
Patience is one thing I am working on with Ieagle. I am still waiting for my refund to this date, June 2021.
Is that how long for you to wait for the airlines to give my refund back? My cancellation $ was paid to you 6 months ago! I had a broken ankle 18 months ago and I told you way back in 2020 I cannot make it and now I am recovered with no crutches but still no refund. That’s how long I have been waiting. You promised me every single time I call, but still nothing.
This review need to be said, I maybe patient but I am very transparent and straightforward. Anyone in your management team who reads this, I will keep on writing a truthful and honest review and update this till I get my money back.

I got two phone calls and an email response from IEagle based on this review. Though I wasn’t able to talk to them bc of my busy schedule(I cannot take phone calls at work) Their team reached out to explain the cause of delay of refund by email. That I want to acknowledge their team for responding to a feedback.

We had an emergency to go back to the Philippines and since there's a travel ban, there are barely any flights available. Praveen went above and beyond to help me book a flight to go home. Thank you so much for your work.

If it wasn't for Laiju with Indian Eagle(IEAGLE), I suppose I would still be upset. He is kind and professional.
I was refunded my money even though it took awhile. I understand it's not IEAGLES fault. It's the airlines that had to return the money. I heard they had 30,000+ people to refund. That would be overwhelming for any business including mine.

What I did learn directly from Phillipine Airlines is IEAGLE is a reputable business. They are not a scam. This was proven to me.
Covid affected many people. I would give IEAGLE another chance. And they do have good rates.
I am humbled by Laiju's service from IEAGLE.

I booked a flight for two passengers, which was a bit cumbersome as they requested I send them a picture of my credit card and ID, however, the reservation was finally made. Unfortunately, the airline cancelled the flight but this never showed on the iEAGLE reservation record. I had to call iEAGLE to inform them of the cancellation but still could not get a straight answer as to a refund or credit. I was asked to call back the next day twice, but my number was blocked by them and I was hung up on twice. I used a friends phone to call (unknown number for them) and got through to someone, they said there would be a refund in 12 weeks but they would charge 25 dollars per passenger. I was so frustrated by this point that I didn't argue, but I can't see how I should pay for the airline cancelling the flight. Very bad customer service.

It is fake flight agent. I booked the ticket on January and called 10 times to cancel on the end of January. Finally got a confirmed email and promised refund after 4 weeks. Today is 3/18/2020, no any refund and no one pick up the phone. Be aware!!! That is FRAUD COMPANY!!!

I canceled my elder mother's flight to the Philipines to comply with a travel band. iEagle called 6 days later to inform me canceling wasn't possible as 6 days later the band was lifted which wasn't the day I canceled my mother's ticket. Considering the current landscape and all the business and agencies being flexible to the times, iEagle continues to disregard the situation and refuses to provide the full value of the refund or entertain the idea of a future credit. This is POOR customer service.

I caution everyone from using iEagle as they are looking out of their financial gain and not the safety of their patrons. 🤬🤬

I recently made a reservation for my flight going to Manila and I had a problem with my name and forgot to put middle name as it appears on my passport I immediately called customer service and BHARATH was very helpful and made changes right away and explained to me whats gonna happened and right away I received an email while I have him on the phone and my worry with my problem was solved.... thank you IEAGLE I would highly recommend you and be sure to book my next vacay with you.

I jut booked a 2 flights for Me & for my Husband from Chicago to Manila & I had some issues with my payments so I called their customer service & I talked to Prem Kumar. He’s the best customer service agent I talked to, He resolved all the problems & answers all my questions. He was so helpful & also arranged the seat for my Husband because He had a surgery on his knee & need a leg room. I was so happy talking with Him! Keep up the good work Prem Kumar! Courteous agents who do their best. Just be patient and clear with them. Yes, they are all Indian; but No, I had no trouble at all in communicating. Their English speaking skills are perfect so if, as an American, you find yourself having trouble just take a breath, chill and go slow. These people are paid to help, so help them help you. An agent named Rushi was very dear to me in a time of desperation -- thank you, sir.

Whatever iEagle can offer, go directly to the airline instead. These guys are a re-seller, which means they make any itinerary changes a nightmare muddled in confusion and frustration. To add to it, their customer service is impatient and rude. I tried to change my return flight date and adjust the route so as to not have a bunch of stops. Not only do they charge an outrageous change flight fee, but they were completely unwilling to work with me on the route. To add to this pleasurable experience, the customer service rep was audibly raising his voice and treating me disrespectfully. I've learned my lesson, not only will I never use iEagle or recommend to anyone I know, but I will never book through a 3rd party again. Thanks for the painful lesson, iEagle. I hope my misery saves someone else this lesson.

In the past five years when comparing prices for international flights, I have always made sure to look on iEagle. On several occasions I have found flights on iEagle to be 300-500 $USD less than anywhere else that offers the same options. Truly though what keeps me coming back is knowing that I can speak with an iEagle representative over the phone or through online chat, and that they will exceed the expectations of great customer service. Often times it is with their help that I am able to compare and find the best and most affordable options when it comes to flying internationally. Thank you to iEagle for having such ambitious employees, and thank you to Bharath and Siva for their individual assistance!
