Awful website, no one is around to contact, I can not withdraw my own funds without providing personal details which I do not feel safe to do so.
Reading all the bad reviews worries me. I will be contacting my bank to see if they can stop the pending transaction on my account from being released to the company.
I can not see how I can delete my account either, if anyone knows I would really appreciate your help?

The worst site ever. DON NOT FALL FOR THE CON OF THE BONUS. I deposited £10 and got the bonus and won £120 cash yet because I still had an active £22 bonus they said I can’t withdraw until the bonus is played by using my real money balance. Given there are so many casinos to choose from I'd avoid this one.

I was lucky enough to win £3100 from a small deposit.

I provided all the requested ID yet was unable to withdraw anything. This had to be followed up manually.

Only then did the fourth document to upload become selectable in the client area - it wasn't there before so could not have been uploaded.

Uploaded that. Allowed to make one withdrawal. Then asked for proof of source of funds. Second withdrawal blocked until provided.

Provided that. Knocked back as "unclear". Followed up. Finally allowed to make second withdrawal. Did so, withdrew everything.

Then asked for a bank statement of a related account. Couldn't find a way to close the account so in order to put a stop to this I excluded myself from the site which then stopped all communication.

I understand the regulations however the way this was handled had me searching for the details of the regulator for the first time ever, expecting to have to approach them (I did not need to do so in the end) and I was actually surprised to be able to get any money out of it.

The site works fine but as soon as someone finds a problem with withdrawing they won't return and I won't be going back.

This is one online casino to avoid at all costs. Do not return your emails. Do not let you cash out without verification which all casino do. But on top need bank statements and proof of source of income. Just to let you withdraw. THEY WILL BLOCK withdrawal and delay as much as poss. Been warned

Biggest scam ID required to withdraw but no ID required to put money in, they stop you getting your money hoping you will get bored of waiting and blow the money

They make it really, really hard for you to withdraw your winnings. The just throw up barrier after barrier. I guess that is their business model and obviously don't want people winning too much. Very annoying though.
