I play on numerous platforms and am glad I found this website to see how people are treated in casinos. I opened an account on ice36 as I watch U tube streamers and they always seem to win big on ice36 and sister sites.i now know that they are getting back handed for directing people to rogue and nasty sites. I made a few small deposits. Tried to take 40 pounds out was denied. I send my passport my bank statement and proof off address to all casinos and is more than adaqaute proof. Not on this platform. They want to know what you had for breakfast. How can people play on these sites. They treat you like a fool. Also lord ping is the same nonsense. You should ask for verification on first deposit. Not wait till someone against enormous odds gets a win. No good having great slots if they don't pay out now and again. I closed account for 6 weeks and they have a cheek to email me my account is reopened. Lol. No chance why play in casino that is moneybox and doesn't honour people's withdrawls

On any other Online casino you can Make a deposit and Withdraw Money right away! But NOT from ICE36.
This is absolutely Ridiculous It's been a month and still can't get my hard earned £100 back!! How on Earth do you run a business? You have so many terrible reviews regarding the same issue.... So why don't you take note and correct the issues.

I have sent numerous emails to the companie and I only got I e reply telling me once again that I needed to upload my documents which I have now done TWICE, but still can withdraw my money as no one has got back to me.

I didn't want to write a negative review, but I'd hate for anyone to go through what I've experienced, so I need to voice it.

The deposits are easy. The games are great. The withdrawals, however...

It took 9 days for my requested ID's to clear. They want A LOT. More than anyone I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with house sales/purchases, births, deaths, and wills. Eventually, they all cleared. Then there was a problem where I had to remove all active bonus money before I could withdraw anything (what's the point in bonus money if you can't cash any of it in?). Finally, I was able to make a withdrawal. 3 days later, through PayPal, it worked. 2 days later the next withdrawal, through PayPal, worked, and I felt I might have been unnecessarily frustrated before.

However... The third, and final, withdrawal didn't go through. Apparently, they are unable to withdraw via that method (which they had successfully, twice), and now needed full bank details. I sent them (everything... account number, sort code, swift code - everything they asked for). Nothing! I got another message asking for them again. I sent them again. And again. I asked them to phone me. Nothing!

5 days later, and I am still in the dark.

The main problem with Ice36 is the communication. You have 2 methods only. First... Emailing help/support. They don't reply, and most emails bounce back. I was given a 2nd email address to contact, but that wasn't recognised. Second... Help Chat. This is dealt with like an email, in that someone will 'eventually' look at it (a day or two later), and message you back, more often than not with a copy and paste reply that proves they haven't read your message. It certainly is NOT 'live chat'. It certainly isn't 'helpful'.

Over 2 weeks since trying to make my first withdrawal, I am still begging for my money, trying to get a reply, and regretting the day I put my trust and money in this dodgy online casino.

It shouldn't be this difficult, stressful, or complicated. My best advice for anyone wanting to enjoy the great games they have to offer... Don't! Move on! Avoid!

Terrible customer supoport with live support non-existent. They dont give promotional bonus to certian players either and there withdrawals are always slow.
Far better gambling sites out there to join.

I've contacted an independent site (ADR) to try and resolve the issue im having with this site. I have been a customer since December, sent my documents, and received an email saying they were verified. I have been depositing and playing without issue. Tried to make a withdrawal, and it was blocked because they wanted the exact same documents they already verified. Sent them again, and it said they would be verified within 12 hours. It's been days now, but I still can't withdraw, and the customer support is non-existent. Seems they will do anything to avoid a payout. Avoid !!!!

Good points first great app for phone great games loads of choice.bad points no customer service don’t answer your emails no live chat. My problem is at moment lodged 100 pounds won 100 pounds so what I do is if I win double my amount lodged I take out what I lodged. Lost the profit happy with that because I gamble for entertainment. You have to cancel your bonus payments before you can withdraw.
Once you have figured how to do that they will only let you only withdraw one payment at a time.
Only give them 2 stars coz they games were good.
But need to make withdrawals easier.
Over all I would avoid them.

Ice36 is a scam when you go to withdraw it will not let you very bad pay out stay away. They will let you deposit thousands and when you get a win you need to upload more documents.

Looks like a scam site to me paid £20 in won £120 tried to withdraw £100 through Apple Pay (how I made my deposit) got an email saying they couldn’t use my selected withdrawal method (even though it was fine for a deposit) and I needed to provide my bank details. Provided all the information required instantly no response. In total I’ve sent 5 emails to this “support email” and I’ve had no reply. Avoid don’t make the same mistake I have.

Deposited 15 pounds, left my bank immediately but not credited to my account. Customer service (live chat) is just a’bot’ with no actual agents to help! So glad I didn’t deposit a higher amount! I’d honestly play elsewhere with a more reliable gaming site !

SCAM. when I tried to withdraw my money my account has been pending. They asked me to send the confirmation of my debit card and when i did i got no reply from them. I sent them few emails and I tried to use their chat but no one answered.

please dont play on this site happy to take your money but as soon as you do get a little win they exclude you from playing. trying to get hold of customer service is impossible. just ignore you.
