Used your grids before, for a 14x8 shed, work really well, the shed does not sit in a pool of water, it just drain through, bought some more for a 8x6 shed base. I would recommend.

I ordered 78 grids in Dec 2022 and subsequently received 7 emails from DPD about delivery, most of which were inaccurate. I had partial deliveries of grids, many of which were badly packaged and hence damaged. I had to follow this up with IBRAN several times before I got a response to get them replaced.
When I started the job in January and opened the boxes I noticed I had been sent two sorts of grids which were incompatible. The job had to be delayed.
I wrote a letter of complaint in February requesting some compensation given my awful experience. The reply I received blamed DPD and cited lack of understanding and training of their own staff for the mistakes. So I have received an apology but no compensation or partial refund has been received or even acknowledged given the installation had to be rescheduled.

Having not used gravel grids before I was unsure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It locks together well to form a sturdy grid and even on a less than properly prepared sun base once filled with small pea gravel it has made a sturdy parking spot very easily

Well priced grids, easy ordering on website and delivered before due date. They are an excellent products easy to install.

Bought these in the sale so got them for a reasonable price. Used their online calculator which has ended up with me having a few more than I need. They are easy to assemble & dissemble created an overall strong pad for summer house. I would have given 5 stars if the packaging had been stronger larger box split down one side. One of the grids had slight damage on one corner which didn't matter as I have said I had more than I needed anyway. Better packaging will get you 5 star reviews. I noticed one other customer mentioned the same issue in 2020?

Having used this company for 3 previous orders and had good service I expected the same this time, boy was I disappointed. 3 days to acknowledge my emails, when the goods arrive they were a new design - surely its easy to notice I've had previous order and advise me..
Product good, customer service shocking!
I asked the MD to call me to discuss a discount surprise surprise he didnt!

hopefully if the company grows the will get some better staff and leader.

I was unable to give 5 stars as the Express Delivery paid for didn't materialise: not that I would have been able to assemble the shed base immediately, but if you pay a lot of money for quick delivery (there was no choice about that) then you expect quick delivery. However, a phone call to Gavin soon sorted that out and the boxes arrived the next day. I don't have a problem with mistakes as we all make them: it's how they're dealt with that matters. So, full marks to Gavin. (Read the 4 stars as 4 and 1/2). Product looks good and sturdy and was well packaged.
