The thing that made my experience great was my instructor and the group. My eyes were opened to the effects that drinking and driving can impact on not just myself but the public as well. To summarise. I’m glad to have on the course because it made me realise how much damage can be caused. Thank you for the opportunity and the openness of the group I’ve learnt a lot

I found the drink drive awareness…informative
I found the drink drive awareness course to be really informative and made me aware of all the negatives drinking causes. The trainer in my course was really friendly and helpful and helped me to reflect on the bad decisions i had made. Definetely benefited from doing this course and i would recommend this company to others in the same situation as myself.

Really Positive Experience
The tutor was friendly and knowledgeable. The sessions were totally unjudgmental.

much better than expected
i was a little anxious coming into the course as i wasn’t sure what exactly it entailed. Liz made it very welcoming and the group i was with were also great, didn’t feel any judgement and came away with a newfound understanding of the law and how my actions can affect others.

Highly recommend IAM
Selina who was our instructor was amazing! Couldn’t have wished for a nicer person to help me through my course and my personal journey. I was dreading attending, however I was made to feel comfortable and enjoyed meeting some of the other lovely people attending the course who were going through the same experiences as me and therefore I didn’t feel isolated.
I learnt a lot from the course, and even though I knew I didn’t want to go through my experience ever again, I certainly learnt more to give me even more reason.
My only negative feedback, and not a reflection on Selina’s amazing character and good traits, was that some people on the course took advantage of her kind nature, didn’t participate enough or were given too many warnings/chances and should have been kicked off the course as it wasn’t fair that us people who did stick to the rules and put effort in were effected and had to carry people, also don’t think people should be allowed to attend if they don’t understand English well enough and therefore have to waste our time by getting instructor to repeat themselves or get them to understand the simplest of tasks. Definitely recommend this course.

I recently completed training with IAM RoadSmart and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The coaching from Selena was professional, supportive, and tailored to my individual needs. The observer provided clear, constructive feedback that helped me improve my driving skills, awareness, and confidence on the road.

Course is fantastic. Not only is it very engaging it also teaches you a lot of things you wouldnt already know about driving aswell as driving while under the influence. The instructors are very knowledgeable and deliver the course a way thats suitable for all. Would definitely recommend.
