Ordered shoes, have absolutely no response. Wrote a mail and was delivered back as their email address apparently does not exist.
Asked for refund. Will contact the police if i have no answer

Ordered a pair of Nike dunk low, silver metallic mid May 2024. Till date didn’t received the shoes. Several times reached out to this company, no reaction/ answer is given.
Would like to be full reimbursed (order nr #2205), within one week.

He realizado un pedido el 10 de julio y ni siquiera aún lo han enviado cuando se supone que tardan 48 horas. Escribo y no encuentro respuesta. Ya ni si quiera quiero las zapatillas, me siento estafado.
EDIT: Las zapatillas han terminado llegando a los 10 días, todo correcto. Pero ni siquiera había llegado un aviso de que las habían enviado. Comunicación deficiente.

The soap continues. I ordered on 21 May shoes. Reaction from hypedfam on 26 june that there was something wrong with te color of the shoes. Ffff yeah right. I asked for a refund on the same Day. Know its 12 july still no money. Be aware for online stopping there they can't deliver.
Hyped fam sucks want my money back...

ordered shoes on June 8. It is now July 11th and still nothing. Still no shipping link received. disgraceful!!

Pedido feito a 29/04, enviado a 09/05 e extraviado pela FEMA. Nos diversos contatos com a transportadora foi informado da necessidade das sapatilhas para o dia 21/05. Em contato com a Hypedfam também foi salientado isto, porém nada feito.

Ao ligar para a FEMA, a atendente Isabel informou que a Hypedfam já foi notificada do extravio e solicitou a reposição, porém nada até agora.

Vou viajar sem as sapatilhas que comprei justamente para esta ocasião que é especial, muito desapontado com o serviço prestado.

My experience was bad.I never expected that ordering the shoes in Europe they will take two months to arrive. Communication via e-mail was difficult because they did not tell me clearly when they would arrive.

Everything was exact on time, the delivery came right when you said and the product was great, the images I saw on the site totally realistic
