I had a few issues with my order as it arrived with missing/damaged parts. Then the parts were sent and they got lost. In all I hae had a beautiful fountain in the box taking space on my floor for nearly 3 weeks. Very frustrating.
Customer service has been excellent. Courteous, understading, and genuinely trying to keep customers happy.

They kindly refunded in full… but still left with an unusable fountain and not sure what to do with it now

As soon as I saw Hydria is back in business, I ordered a taller planter. It didn't arrive, and I sent in a query.

It was out of stock, I was offered a refund or an alternative. This was more expensive than the one I ordered, and was also given a bowl and a base. The planter is the Pirene, and arrived yesterday

I am so pleased, it's now in my garden looking great

My Hydria 3.0 fountain worked well last summer but now I need to change the battery and cannot open the remote. The button to press does not move. Can anyone help?

Ordered a fountain on 21st nov as Xmas present mistakes were made not of my making but my order has never arrived, after multiple emails I am now being ignored, the item was paid for on 21st nov as,not received order or refund.

Provided wrong products 4 times. Still not received correct product even when promised that they would . Not answering email. Wont give me a refund. Website no longer working - avoid

Exactly as advertised. Well packaged and speedy delivery. This is so beautiful and I have it in my living room at the moment (Winter months!!) but will enjoy placing it in my garden during the Summer. I ordered the 'Open Leaves' one but I've now ordered another top to change from time to time. Would definitely recommend this as it is so calming and quite therapeutic.

Good price and excellent delivery as came very quickly. Ordered pebbles which are nice and blue mosaic base. This is paler than I expected. Makes a change to be able to swap looks on my fountain.
