Clearly a scam company. Avoid at all costs. Cheap materials used and did not fit- nothing wrong with that they are shoes. I asked for the documents to return the shoes as their policy online. Responded with needed to send photos before they would agree a return. I sent the photos, and they offered me an £8 refund on shoes that cost £37! Absolute joke. Said not to return them and maybe 'consider gifting them to a friend.'
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total scam company. I ordered two pairs of different orthotic sandals, as I’ve got flat feet and need extra arch support. They both cost over £30. What I got were terrible quality plastic sandals with no arch support, no flexibility in the sole. They didn’t even have a material label to say what they are made from (but stunk of glue and plastic) or any size printed on them. I had read on the website that you had to pay for returns, but I wasn’t too concerned because all the info on the website suggested they were in the UK. Long story short, after about 20 emails back and forth trying to return them, they finally gave me a return address in China. Throughout the emails they offered me stupid refunds like £2, £4 (“but you get to keep the sandals!”) for products I don’t want. Based on the interactions by email and their refusal to acknowledge that they are falsely promoting themselves as a UK based business, I very much doubt my return items won’t miraculously disappear in transit or arrive damaged and I’ll be refused a refund. I wish I’d read the reviews on here first before wasting over £60

Very poor quality. The ortho arch support is non existent as they claim. The stitching is so bad on what they claim as leather (feels like PVC)
Rubbish products. Wished I had read the reviews before buying.
The return is also very inconvenient as one has to pay shipping which makes it not worth the while.
Don't buy anything from them. Waste of money.

Trading as a UK company and claiming shoes are orthotics which they are definitely not!!!! Shoe are cheaply made in China.
I ordered 4 pairs and they offered me a small refund to keep shoes.
I refused but they want me to return to China claiming their UK warehouse is under refurbishment. The address given on their website is a residential property in Birmingham.
Do not buy from this company unless you want rubbish shoes you can't wear.

In response to your reply. I have checked for all your supposed emails and I have NOT received any since stating I would return your shoddy goods. YET AGAIN YOU ARE LYING!
You are a DISGUSTING company with no scruples, doing all you can to SCAM money from genuine people. You promise a refund in your blurb and then go against your refund policy to keep monies paid to you in good faith. You are utterly DISPICABLE.

Continuation of this complaint. I returned the goods as they instructed uploaded proof of return return to both this company and PayPal to find out today that "Case Status:Closed
The case was closed in the seller's favour because the proof of return you provided was invalid"

I did EXACTLY as the company instructed, Why wait until the deadline to tell me? I could have possiblt provided other evidence. But then it is YET ANOTHER excuse not to pay someone for their shoddy product that they didn't want returning.

A person on a state pension cannot afford to lose the money they took of me and the £34+ I paid to return their shoddy items.

DIABOLICAL!

A 1 star is too good for this company. They don't even deserve that.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

On 04/08/25 I ordered 3 pairs of loafers from this company. I checked my footsize as per their guidelines and ordered the size I needed.
19/08/25 I received my order, firstly the leather was very cheap quality and looked like plastic. I attempted to try the shoes but couldn't get my foot into them. Within 10 minutes of receiving them I contacted them asking for returns instructions and label.
Since then there have been numerous emails back and forth because basically they are refusing to give me a full refund of £73.89. Bearing on mind it mentions on their website that goods can be returned and refunded within a 30 day period. They have now said they will refund £37 and they have also made suggestions that I could 'gift' them to someone else. They say to return them I have to send them to CHINA. The company address is Cannock which is 20 minutes away from where I live but they won't allow me to take them back there.
This company's trading needs looking into.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Shoes arrived in nothing like the right size and I was refused a full refund.

The shoes were too small and the colours weren't the same as advertised so I sent an email to customer support on Friday 1st August asking for a refund but instead of sending me the return address and shipping label they fobbed me off trying to offer me a discount code for future use instead. I just want to return the shoes that don't fit and don't look as advertised, according to their company refund policy. it shouldn't take 2 weeks just to be given the basic return information.

Item was of very poor quality, in order to return it they are now demanding postage to China as their UK ware house is “being renovated” - nonsense as this was shipped from China. I will contact trading standards regarding this company.

I ordered a pair of sandals which arrived in a plastic bag with no marking other that an address which it stated was not the return address for the items, which I needed to do as they turned out to be too narrow. Strange that there were no marking on them regards makers name, sizing etc, completely devoid of any identification. On contacting them for a return document I was told that because they were moving their warehouse in the UK I would have to send them to America at my expense. They offered £8 towards the cost of shipping, but despite further emails to them, never had any response, even as to where to send them.
Keep well away!! This is not a reputable company nor quality product.

I have been troubled by my feet for an extended period; however, this massager has been my savior. The massager is very well made and the variety of modes are perfect for relieving aches.

Absolutely appalling service purchased 2 pairs of shoes which are of very bad quality & not worth the £60 paid

Humtto Uk are offering me a £13 refund when you purchase items which are not satisfactory it is your human right to request a full refund

Unfortunately I've been caught out too. I assumed this company was based in the UK judging by their name. I ordered a pair of trainers which took a long time to arrive. The quality was not that good, they were way too wide and definitely not worth what I payed. I asked them if I could return the trainers assuming that I'd just have to pay UK postage. They offered me a discount and said that if I wanted to return them I would have to pay to return them to China as their UK warehouse was being renovated. How convenient. I have had similar experiences on ebay, you don't realise that the sellers are based in China until it's too late. I've opened a case with my bank so fingers crossed. These people shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

VERY POOR - SCAM @ best

I haven’t received my shoes and no response to my emails. Will be raising this with my card issuers for fraud.
