Not even 1 star. Total scam. Crappy product. If you want to return, they’ll send you and address and you have to pay to send it to china. It will of course never get there. You will never get your money back. DO NOT BUY from this company!

Cannot get a hold of anyone and now it’s past the return deadline. So now I’m trying to exchange but cannot reach anyone representative from Hudson-Blake. Also, I agree with others that product is shabbily made. NEVER gonna buy from here again. Warning others DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

This is a poor quality poor service company. I wanted a refund on an item that was visibly defective and the item had a snag and hole in the knit sleeve. They came up with a story of how their account had been ‘hacked’ and that they were unable to access funds to process returns. The item is also made of very poor quality fabric and the stitching is uneven and awful. Do not fall for their beautiful advertising or the influencers that promote their products.

Do not order from this company!! I asked for a refund and tried to send my $50 pants back, they gave me some bs about how due to their data leak they can’t refund me! Never again. Garbage pants, low quality. Scammers!!!

I ordered 1 pair of the mules and I wish I would have read the reviews. I agree with the others who have reviewed this company. False advertising. The quality of the shoes is terrible and they arrived with an intense chemical odor that is probably very unsafe. I will be throwing these out. Per the reviews, I am not even going to waste my time trying to return them. Definitely NOT orthopedic in nature. Zero support. I would not want to give them to someone because the chemical odor is probably dangerous and I would not want to provide that risk to anyone.

Terrible experience! I ordered a sweater & the neckline is so small, it won't stretch to fit over my head. I would have to ship it back to China, cost of more than the $90 sweater or they offered to give me 30% off to keep but then retracted the offer. They keep dragging this out, it's probably going to be a loss. Should have read reviews, terrible!

Be aware!!!!! These products come from China. Quality was very poor. And if you wanna return, they send you an address in China and you have to ship it yourself!!!!

The shoes are garbage! The bottom is plastic and feels like you are walking on ice because you are slipping and sliding. Unless you want to fall and hurt yourself this is the last shoe I would never place on my feet and not to mention the the lack of comfort. These are not orthopedic. SCAM!!

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before my purchase. I spent $163 and have only received a partial shipment and like everyone else on this review site the quality is so bad. The color lot is streaked. There must be absolutely no quality control. I purchased these items with Birthday $ I received from my 19 year old son shipping will cost probably $70 anywhere to $100 to ship back to China I will never buy from this company and I hope the next customer or the next potential customer reads these reviews and please heed the warnings. Do not buy from this Company. If something doesn’t fit you will have to return this to China out of your own pocket. There’s a phone number attached, but that phone number is not in service.

Terrible quality of product. The material is cheap, the sweater/blazer sheds like crazy, alignment of hem is poor. I don’t know if I should bother sending back due to postage cost. Don’t be sucked in!

I ordered a pair of slip on mules. In the pics, they were stylish, sturdy leather that were similar to name brands. When they arrived the “leather” was nothing more than a thin “leather like” material that I could see the shape of my foot and toenails through. They looked NOTHING like the pics. I also can’t return them without paying shipping which is almost as much as the shoes were. I was stupid to believe I would get what was advertised. The reviews were all 5 stars, but now I’ve realized that there is no way for me to leave a review on their site even though I purchased from them so I’m guessing the reviews are fake. Buyer beware. Do not give them your money!

If I could give a zero star review I would. Beware…extremely poor quality, falsely advertised & when you choose to return the goods (and I predict you will) you get to pay shipping back to china! Just stay away for your own good.

If I could give this company a negative rating, I would . What I ordered was a “luxury” wind-resistant wool jacket with a shawl collar. What I received was a 95% polyester 5% cotton “hoodie” that appears to be made of woven paper and in no way resembles the wool jacket pictured in the adds. I have photos but cannot seem to attach them this review.

Please do not waste your money. They sell the kind of products that Temu sells at a fraction of price, and you even have to pay for the return shipping all the way to China. I feel totally cheated both by the products and by the service.
