Great service from Hozah when I requested that a car park charge be cancelled as my passenger had paid at the ticket machine. Not only did they happily do so, they responded the very next day.

I’ve paid for a permit to park
I’ve paid for a permit to park. Signage says unlimited parking with a permit. I’m being charged after 3 hours. Other people are not they get 6 hours. Terrible customer service as all emails are ignored. If unlimited is 3 hours then the signage needs changing and this should apply to everyone. I have no choice in parking as it’s a leisure centre I use. Even they have said it should be 6 hours free!

Genuinely easy to use facility
Genuinely easy to use facility. Drive in;drive out. No searching for change nor battling queues looking to enter registration numbers. Faultless charging process gives confidence in the system with notification messages in advance of charging.

Good customer service
I had an issue having sold my car but the new owners had not updated the contact details for the car and did not pay to use one of the Hozah car parks. I received a notification re the parking charge incurred. I emailed the company explaining the situation and it was dealt with immediately.

Really easy and economical
You only pay for the exact time you’ve used. With other car parks where you pay on entry I always pay way over the time I’m actually there.

Stress Free Parking
Easy, hassle free parking experience, no waiting in the queue to pay at the machine. Updates sent by email including how much you have been charged, which compared to a lot of non hozah car parks is very reasonable

No Fuss, No Stress, Peace of Mind
I use this carpark frequently and its reasuring to know that I don't have to worry about parking fees as its done automatically. In addition the text payment reminder is reasuring that the charge transaction has been completed seamlessly.

signed up online use it regularly drive in drive out get email saying how much you owe than told when they will take the money so you have time to dispute if you need to easier send trying uto find machines or phoning or change recommended

I’m not seeing an invoice on my account…
I’m not seeing an invoice on my account for use of a car park. Emailed and awaiting response and very concerned having read reviews that this company is a potential scam and takes penalty payments etc which are not valid. I’d like to pay for the one off parking I used the company for and close account which is proving difficult

My first experience using hozah control parking space
My first experience parking at a location managed by Hozah Parking Control was positive. Despite hearing numerous accounts of overcharging, the process was smooth and hassle free, with automatic payment deducted easily.

I set up and registered my vehicle and…
I set up and registered my vehicle and card on the app for Festival Place in Basingstoke and assumed everything was ok. I visited the car park on 25th November and again today 8th December, assuming system was working. I got home today and found I had a fine for the 25th November… ! There is no way to speak to anyone at Hozah and no apparent way to pay if you leave and discover app has not taken the charge, so I assume I will get another fine. This feels like a scam and would advise anyone NOT to rely on the app if at all possible. I have messaged Hozah but I don’t have much hope…!

Still no sign of a refund
Still not offered a refund despite numerous requests. They took money out of my account even though I contacted them twice in advance to cancel a permit. To be fair, they replied to an email after a few weeks...but no offer of a refund. No response to the question I asked either.

Ignoring Emails
I was charged too much for my parking while I was a guest at a hotel. I have emailled Hozah multiple times via different emails to request a partial refund. They have ignored all of my emails, despite sending evidence and proof of all receipts.
