I wish I had read these reviews before getting service through them. I am trying to cancel my line since my son is not in Israel anymore and they keep on asking for more information for a very simple cancellation. I canceled another line I had and it was a one email communication. sad to say they are still charging my cc and I will just have to stop using that card because I see no other way of getting them to stop charging me. someone should really check out this company because they seem to be extremely dishonest.

Через 2,5 года ухудшилось качество связи,интернет отвратительный
Сначала тебе втюхивают пакет за 20 шек,это бвло 4 года назад,акция, а потом по наростающей с твоего счета начинают уходить деньги,неизвестно какие суммы без всяких обьяснений
На 2021год их абонплата составляет 42 шек в месяц
Я закрыла номера 3 недели назад,до сих пор со счета уходят деньги
За 4 года не получила ниодного финансового отчета
При попытках отключить их сотовую связь и закрыть пакеты с номерами,они тебе вешают лапшу на уши,русскоязычная хамит,навязывают свои услуги и номера,везде суют свой нос,нарушают политику конфиденциальности
К моим номерам имели доступы очень многие мошенники Израиля
Пришлось полностью сменить номера и оператора
Держитесь подальше от НОТа,если не хотите ,чтобы очистили ваши счета
Будьте осторожны!!!
В Ашдоде они так спрятали свои офисы,что не найдете концов!!!
Ни в коем случае не связывайтесь с этой компанией!!!

В этой фирме работают обманщики и неквалифицированные работники,не рекомендую других вступать в эту фирму,мы за два месяца уплатили около 800 шекелей,вместо 200,никто толком не объясняет какие условия договора,а потом снимают деньги по полной программе.

Не советую никомуууу. До шерута не дозвониться
и не перезванивают.
Я отключился от сервиса, но оказалось что я ещё всё плачу. И так было несколько раз. Деньги не вернули, результате потерял более 3000 шекелей. Все соглашаются, что кто-то из представителей компании повел себя безответственно, но никто не берёт на себя ответственность что-либо исправить.

The worst cellular company in Israel. Bad customer service

If there was an option of zero stars I would choose that. They are a company of liars and thieves without an ounce of customer service!

The problem with Hotmobile (and all Israeli ISPS), is that its infrastructure is at leat 10 years outdated and no investments were done, customer service is terrible, so clients leave and this company has become thirsty for your money and they cannot care less if they are fined by the Government for this behavior or if thousands of people sue them: it is still extremely profittable to go on charging people who left them!

I just say its an average . I was motivated to buy google pixel 3a after reading reviews from here

I was charged over a thousand dollars for going over time when calling america during cov-19 and they would not give me any compensation even thoe i had the phone for over 2 years and never went over my minutes. The people there care for only for money no common sense and very rude.
BOTTOM LINE DONT USE.

You blocked my free sim received as an olah chadasha on month in advance and without notification. It's clearly writter it had to last 3 months, you blocked after 2 and no one would have been able to tell me why or re-acive it. So I found myself with no phone, during a global pandemic, after 2 months from the Alyah, with no family in Israel and struggling finding a job because of the pandemic. Tbh I hope you'll close your business: whoever could taking advantage from an olah chadasha could do whatever. You deserve no customers...I'll tell ANYONE, expecially olim to NEVER and I say NEVER sign a contract with you. We Europeans and Americans are used on a quality level service you definetly cannot provide.

It is the worst phone company I ever dealt with. Please avoid them it will earn you a lot of time.
Each call is above 30minutes and personal is very rude and incompetent.
I hate them sorry.
Ah and after I unsuscribed from their plan they kept taking money from my account during 4 months until I called them to stop (over 40 minutes call). And today they are still taking my money from my account. May be I will sue them but I am now waiting 20minutes in line until someone will answer me.
Really avoid them it is famous in Israel to be the worst customer service.

Very Very bad, rude and unpleasant customer service.
I have screenshots of calls over an hour with them and for a week they still didn't solve my problem. I sent them 4 emails and no one get answer (first one from a week!) If only I could run away but it's not so easy...

* A lot of hidden costs - They claim "it's free" however when you get the bill suddenly you are charged for things you had no information about

- As an example, someone called me from abroad and I was charged for the call. I have NEVER been charged by any other operator in the world for a call that I received when being in the country where the contract is from.

* Poor reception. In my apartment, there are a lot of dead spots where I have only one bar on my connection.

* Very bad customer service - Impossible to get through to an English speaking employee. When you finally get through you are usually not received very nice.

I do NOT recommend HOT Mobile in Israel. Make sure to do research before you choose your phone-provider.
